    The perfect stay in our opinion. Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good with a different hot selection each day plus a waffle machine. Kudos to staff for there knowledge and friendliness. Location felt safe and very convenient to walkable restaurants and city parks. Will definitely stay here again.

    Absolute amazing city and Hampton Inn. There is a modern and old world vibe that is magical. The room is clean and spacious. The bed is VERY COMFORTABLE. There is WiFi and the staff has been welcoming and accommodating for all of my needs. The room is quiet despite the bustling city noises. They provide Breakfast, looking forward to that! The Inn has a large bar with delicious margaritas 🍹 😋 and a wide variety of liquor to chose from. There is even a pool for the family to swim and enjoy time here without ever leaving. The location is nestled downtown in the heart of the city. Downtown Dallas is clean and I enjoyed walking around to get the night vibes. The valet guys are amazing.

    Great location for visiting attractions of downtown Dallas. Good hotel, clean and comfortable. We had a king suite which was very spacious, and for a longer visit would be ideal if you wanted a bit of downtime Bathroom window had no blind on it and it was large plain glass, we were on 12th floor, but did feel a little exposed.

    Everything was well kept. Beds were comfortable and clean smelling. Nice indoor poor. When I stay there again. I will valet park. It was only $10 more than parking outside in another parking lot behind the hotel. We were able to walk to several restaurants and bars while we were there. There was a park very close too.

    This was not at all what we were expecting, especially for the price. upon check in, the staff wasn't very welcoming at all. They also didn't mention that you needed to scan your card in order to manage the elevators. We checked into our room and the fan wasn't working, the fridge was broke, and it was almost 80 degree's in our room. We go down and all that's offered is for them to send someone up to fix it. I then go down again to ask them to please move our rooms or give us a refund. They did upgrade our room, but you could tell they were annoyed by this. I will never stay here again.

    Front desk staff was on their phone many times and wasn’t friendly or helpful when asked questions about the surrounding area. The valet attendants were so friendly and welcoming, though. Although the hotel had snacks and drinks near their front desk area, they were greatly overpriced. Also, although the hotel advertised as a pet friendly hotel, we could not find a close area for walking our dog to relieve himself. The hotel room was very nice, however, and a great size for my family of 5 and our service dog.

    Had a great short (1 night) stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas Downtown. Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast (included) was fresh and had a great variety of menu items. Location is excellent. Close to everything. A short walk to the Kennedy Memorial and Sixth Floor Museum. Thoroughly recommend this property if you're travelling to Dallas.

    Clean room. The person who checked us in was pretty stern for the brief encounter. The night staff was friendly and helpful. Parking suggestions could be better.     Our rooms toilet didn’t always flush and the ac didn’t seem to be working. My husband fixed the toilet. And we weren’t too hot just on the warm side. To be fair we didn’t say anything. Otherwise it was a great price for the area. The pool needed to be warmer to really have fun.

    To start the trip was fine. The afternoon clerk was friendly but the morning clerk was not. He was actually rude and not very personable to greet people when they are checking in. The suite was great but our AC went out that night so we woke up hot and had to get dressed in the heat. We had to change rooms which was very inconvenient but the suite was the same it was also very nice. The Valet service was also great and very helpful. Our stay was good for the weekend we were having but not great for the weekend wanted to have.

    We had dinner reservations for our anniversary. We planned to check into our hotel room at 3 PM. As we approached the hotel, we noticed the police had the road blocked and smoke coming from a crowd of people in front of the hotel that were protesting. My assumption was there was a smoke bomb. I immediately contacted the hotel directly and spoke to the front desk and ask how we should handle this since we were needing to check in and get ready to go to our dinner reservations. The lady at the front desk told me she did not know what to tell me nor did she know when the riot protest and police barricades would be gone so that we could check in. I contacted Expedia after waiting for an hour and a half to check in at which time Expedia informed me that my reservation was nonrefundable. The representative from Expedia called the hotel and shortly after the riot protest crowd and police moved down the road a little further, making it possible for us to reach the hotel and check in however this did not allow us enough time to make our dinner reservation as you can imagine finding somewhere to have dinner on valentines without a reservation in downtown Dallas area is virtually impossible. This was not only valentines but also our wedding anniversary we were celebrating.

    Everything was excellent, except for the parking situation. I felt that we should have been allowed as guests to utilize the hotel's parking garage instead of relying on expensive valet parking or unreliable and unsafe public parking lots which were our only options. I would not have minded paying something reasonably extra for the opportunity to park on hotel property.

    Stayed here many times before but this time was very disappointed. The bathroom of our room had just a piece of paper TAPED up to the window and was about 3-4 inches too short on both sides. I could see outside with no problem so I know people could see inside.

    My bed was unconfortable. And something kept biting me in the bed. I told my daughter to come lay in my bed. She did. N instantly jumped up & said. Oh yes. Something bit her. When they came in to clean room. The did not put my top sheet back on my bed .

    Room was clean overall but the rolling chair was stained and gross. Very unpleasant sight. Breakfast was good, more than expected, the attendant was great even helping my 6 yo son with a milk spill. Valet was pricey but worth it. They had those cars coming and going at a great rate. The over all stay was great and we would recommend and return to stay.

    Parking was horrible- they had a parking garage but was out of order unless you did valet parking. $50 a night no thank you. So you had to park behind the building and walk up n around a block. My husband is disabled so made things very inconvenient

    The room i booked was not the room i was given on check-in. I even called the front desk to be sure my reservation would be honored. I needed a room with handicapped access and bathroom. I got a king size room but nothing was handicapped access. I also did the valet parking, and i was never sent the link to order my car the next morning. The front desk staff was sitting on the counters when i left, and i just went outside to ask for my car. I would not have booked this hotel if i had seen in the listing that valet parking only option at $50 a night. The entrance did not have a ramp in the sidewalk for access. It was hard to balance a walker while getting my luggage out of my SUV. The room had a kingsize bed, but only had 4 regular sized pillows and there wasn't any housekeeping services during my 2 night stay. The breakfast was okay, but dietary limitations prevented enjoying it. There was a sign to ask, but no options were available for lactose free.

    Being a downtown hotel, you have to expect that it might be a bit tired here and there. But I had a lovely stay and thank you to the staff, who were very friendly and helpful. The room was large, clean and comfortable, if a bit dark. Breakfast was OK, apart from the coffee! But the best thing was the location, right downtown, close to bars and restaurants, with buses right outside the door, and trains (including to the airport) just a few minutes walk away. Oh, one other suggestion I'd make to them is "warm up the pool a bit". It's indoors, after all!

    The hotel has a great location but the customer service over the phone is not the best. I also didn’t like the mattress they definitely need to be updated housekeeping took almost an hour to deliver extra towels and one of them had BLOOD on them.     It was convenient to get to American Airlines Arena. Staff was great,especially Ms Diane at front desk at night. Only problem couldn't control water temperature in bathroom. Only hot water,so taking a shower was difficult to not get burned. Even toilet bowl was hot water. I reported it and they were working on it.

    The heart of downtown Dallas is cool but definitely in a pricey side due to expensive parking, but if you don’t have a car or travel far this spot is convenient and good. I just wish they do clean the carpet, can tell the spots of dogs mess in the hall way. They can improve their continental breakfast. But overall it’s a good spot.

    I love the option of the larger King Suite. Plenty of room for traveling with family. The air conditioning is always nice and cold. This hotel is a 6 minute Uber ride to Dos Equis Pavilion so it is super convenient when we go to concerts. The hotel is always super clean and the staff is friendly. Super nice hotel for the price!

    Room wasn’t cleaned throughly. Had some wrappers in my closet. Rooms were small. Area is considered good however there is a lot of homelessness in the area. It doesn't feel pleasant to walk at night. Theres only valet parking, they do not offer to park on your own which is annoying. It is 45$ nightly. Sometimes waiting for a car can take 15-20 minutes. Pool was cold.

    We also used Uber to get around town FYI Uber jacks up the prices after midnight so our 1 mile car ride was $35 and it only took us eight dollars to get there earlier that evening. I know that has nothing to do with the hotel but I just wanted y’all to know that if you’re reading this. It was a good stop in town around all the restaurants. I just couldn’t help to see ALL the homeless people. It’s sad! Dallas needs to cleanup there streets! Overall for the price you get what you get. I would have loved self parking.

    The day of my wedding I asked room service to clean my room. All they did was bring the fresh towels & cleaned the bed, it was still left trash in my room nothing was cleaned so me and My Husband 💙 had to come back to our room that was dirty from that morning. One of the front desk, ladies said that if they had availability, she would have transferred me to another room because the way they left my room on my wedding night was crazy.

    Very nice, clean rooms. Felt very safe inside and out. Only disappointment was that the pool was closed for our entire stay. Any other inconveniences were entirely related to the fantastic location (traffic noise at night and $45 per day for parking), but that’s the cost of staying downtown and not the fault of the hotel. Good value all around. Would stay again for sure, but would triple check that the pool’s open. Dallas is HOT :)

    I stayed with my sister and my niece for two nights. I was very happy with my stay. Check-in was easy. The person at the front desk was friendly and answered our questions. Our basic two-Queen room was spacious and clean. I really appreciated the full-size handwash, body lotion, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner that were provided. The handwash smelled amazing! The free breakfast was phenomenal. My niece (13 years old) LOVED making waffles both mornings, and my sister and I appreciated the variations we got with the eggs/Yukon gold potatoes/bacon on day one and the Western omelet (so delicious)/red potatoes/sausage we got on day two. Very filling, delicious, and the perfect start to the day. We only needed requests twice and both times the staff was quick to respond and assist. The location couldn't be better either. The central location made so many things walkable. We explored the AT&T Discovery District our first night and the installations were beautiful. The next day, we walked to Dealey Plaza and the Dallas Aquarium. When we did need to drive somewhere, we never waited more than two minutes for an Uber or Lyft. If you need a place to stay in downtown Dallas, I cannot recommend the Hampton Inn and Suites more. I will absolutely stay there again the next time I'm in Dallas.

    The buffet is like others in the industry, eggs, waffles. The pool was nice and clean, we bring the towels from the room because we didn’t find any in the pool place. The room was so comfortable but you can hear a little noise of the outside and I was at the 13th floor. The bed comfy and spacious, the pillows were nice and the sheets good. The bathroom place is spacious and separate the closet with the wc. They don’t have bellboy so you need to grab your things and go to your room. Overall the hotel was nice and a good place to stay. Bonus. You have a Starbucks on the first floor.

    There was not much to do downtown Dallas except eating/drinking, some attractions, and museums. You have to travel slightly outside of downtown if you wanted to shop. There is the Farmers Market which my partner and I did find a couple cool hats and jams. Tried tasty foods and drinks. I was told during evening and nights, it can get a little "dangerous" downtown Dallas and was suggested certain areas that were safer. The Hampton was nicer than I though. Had a pool which I sadly did not get a chance to check out. I did use the weight room and breakfast was nice. There is wifi, tv is cable, which I didn't mind since golf, tennis, and basketball was playing during my stay so I enjoyed it. The concierge was really polite, 10/10 customer service.

    Nice location just a little loud during the night (it’s downtown I get it). Breakfast was pretty solid and the shower head option wasn’t too shabby either

    Aaron with valet was great! Super friendly and very helpful! This was the first time we’ve ever done valet and he made it a breeze. Helped us unload our vehicle and took everything to our room. Carl at the desk was fantastic too. He made the check in process a breeze.
