La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dallas I-35 Walnut Hill Ln

We were told 2 days in a row that everything would be taken care of, then they just shrugged us off when we asked why nothing was done. Breakfast was less than expected, but edible. The cleaning staff and breakfast servers were polite and professional. The A/C was ok we had to leave ours on high fan and at like 70 degrees.

The surrounding area looks scary, the smell inside smells terrible, also other people in the hotel were drunk and screaming all night when I need to sleep and get to my training the next day. My hotel room was not clean for the two days that I was there and trash was in my room until I checked out.

Nice clean place. I booked through hotels.com and they didn’t have the two queens like I booked but we made it work with a king and a couch.

We chose the hotel because we have always liked LaQuinta comforters and pillows and we wanted an outdoor pool... The bedding was different and the pool was closed for maintenance. The breakfast was out of half of the stuff available!

I didn’t stay the full night. I checked out early. The guy at the front desk was unfriendly. He refused to use my preferred method of payment because I did not have the physical card on me. He told me I could leave the hotel.

Breakfast is always the same, my room was only cleaned once in five nights, and I could go on...

no pool was told it would be ready and breakfast ran out of main food not sausage no waffel low on staff they tried their best still corporate fault no manager in site for 3 days very sad wont come back

We had to go purchase our own towels they had stains on them the sheet had stains also I told the staff and the remote didn’t have a back to it I let them know because I don’t want to be charged for something that wasn’t on the remote when I got there the breakfast was awful no good option only one kind of milk I’m lactose intolerant they only had whole milk people came in from outside getting breakfast spitting in the trash can by the food overall it wasn’t a good stay I’m currently waiting on my deposit to be return to me and hopefully management reach out about this problem

My recent stay at this hotel in Dallas was an incredibly disappointing and scary experience. From start to finish, the property failed to meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness and safety. The room felt and amelled extremely dirty, and the entire area smelled heavily of a cheap fragrance, clearly used to mask a strong, persistent smoke odor. Furthermore, the surroundings of the property felt very sketchy and unsafe. I spent the entire night unable to sleep, constantly worried that my vehicle would be broken into. The environment was unprofessional and uncomfortable. I witnessed people smoking weed in the parking lot and then heading directly into the pool area. There was also a significant amount of trash scattered throughout the parking lot. To make matters worse, when I asked the front desk for an extra blanket, they informed me that they didn’t have any available. Additionally, communication was difficult as the staff was hard to understand (foreign accent) I would strongly advise against staying here.

Staff are very rude. They checked me into a room with dirty bathroom and toilet, when I asked about the issue, they responded very rudely.

Well we got there at 3 to check in and the guy stthe counter said it would be another 25 minutes annoyingly enough, we got into the room and the spare bed in thr couch had piss all over the sheets which i had to go downstairs and get replacements the room had no bible which isnt a total killer as i know we live in a melting pot country but its really weird not having access to one when its a hotel stsple since forever and worst of all on our way out the company locked my room card 1 hour before check out as i was STILL CLEANING OUT THE ROOM... not recommended p.s. limited english once again melting pot but i had to listen carefully to the daytime employee who checked us in the night time guy with the dot on his head spoke fluent english which was a plus at least.

My room was one of the dirtiest hotel rooms I’ve ever been in. It was so bad that I ended up getting a new room at a different hotel. There was no way I was staying at the LaQuinta after seeing that room.

Parking lot in the back had shattered glass all over the entrance, door in the back wouldn't close completely, trash by the dining area was full, housekeeper opening your door without knocking and just using there key to come in. This isn't a pleasant stay. This is my first and last time ever wanting to stay at this hotel.

The room smelled like dust. No extra towels available. Microwave not working. Take your own shampoo and conditioner only trial size available. Breakfast ok. Tv ok. I guess you get what you pay. Overall ok. Beds fine and parking.

Amazing place to stay, maybe not the safest but the staff is friendly and kind. We had visited a previous La Quinta where the staff was annoyed by middle school kids hanging out at the lobby, we were told the hotel lobby closest at 10, but this hotel let our boys stay late having fun while gifting them a drink and chocolate. The guy at the front office was very patient and the breakfast had a multiple options.

One of the ac didn’t work. Sofa bed had some sheets a little dirty.

My stay was quite, my room is clean. The breakfast was great. Staff was very polite and tried to accommodate my needs which I’m very grateful for and I had a sense of security.

Honestly, don't think that the parking lot looks secure and the breakfast didn't have time to try it. Our room was too hot and we were not able to control the temperature. Since we got the room the thermostat was reading 50° F to be cold and it never got cold at all. We didn't even use the bed sheets since it never got cold.

This property was an absolute nightmare, I caught the staff doing obscene acts they checked me out because I caught them I would never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place

We booked a double queen suite 2-3 months before traveling. When we arrived at the property we were informed that the room was no longer available. We were offered a single king room with 4 travelers. Absolutely unacceptable. Thankfully we were able to book at room at Indigo Hotel in downtown Dallas. It was in a much better area and absolutely gorgeous.

The room was basic, but nice. Our toilet handle did come off but maintenance showed up and fixed it. The breakfast, while a nice thought, was the same everyday we were there for a week. No changes whatsoever. The staff were nice but front desk was not always available, not sure why. While nothing was seriously wrong with our stay, I'm not sure it would be my first choice for another visit.

Room needs to be updated. Air conditioning and heating didn't work properly. Was stated to management and rooms were moved.

The hotel was exactly me as an ad advertised. Could’ve been a little bit cleaner, but for the cost there was value. Also, the continental breakfast was great.

If there’s something I can’t stand is being treated rudely. The man at the desk when I checked in was not friendly at all! Customer service is a must at any business and it definitely was not there. Room was great but will consider a different location next time I’m in Dallas.

Our room was fine! But the outside had trash all over the ground. Made it hard to walk dogs. No bags in the dog station! The staff was rarely at the front desk. The internet wouldn’t work the next morning. Roaches in the hallway. Also a bad part of town. Someone pointed at our car and started yelling at us for no reason! Would not stay here again!!

Not a thing The breakfast was mediocre-waffles were offered, but there was no butter available. Coffee was provided, but tea was not an option. The surrounding area felt unsafe, and the hotel itself was dirty and in very poor condition. Overall, the property appeared extremely run-down, and we did not feel safe during our stay.  We found a few dead cockroaches.  Our view was an overflowing dumpster and a burnt building with homeless people staying in it. The elevator worked but numbers did not light up, the building side doors remailed unlock-letting anybody in, there was hair left in the shower, the heater did not work in our room. I would NOT recommend staying here. I could keep going but these were only some of the problems. I would like to request a refund.

Bedding was dirty, they gave me new sheets and those were dirty and stained as well. I had to change the bedding myself at that. Seen that the door was broken and wouldn’t close all the way, they said we couldn’t change rooms being that they didn’t have anymore. I had a two day stay and they didn’t bother to come in and clean the room, there was no DND sign on the door or nothing so I was confused. I would never book a LaQuinta ever again. Poor poor property !

This small hotel, if you can call it small, was great. My flight came in extra early, I asked if they had an early check in room available and without even blinking, the desk clerk had one for me. Staff was sweet, the housekeeper fixed the TV remote for me and we had plenty of towels. I have been a Wyndham member for some time and usually pick La Quinta as my first choice.

Everything was fine except for the air conditioner not working

I liked it wasn’t far from anything and the staff was as accommodating as could be. The area is a little sketchy, it smelt like cigarettes all down the hall, and my first room had a big roach in it they were able to move me, but for some reason when I walked in the air conditioning vent cover was off and it showed all the dust I had to put it back together.

This hotel was, the worst hotel I ever stayed in. The reviews are misleading, the surroundings was awful. The room was ok, except the power outlets kept going out, so we couldn’t watch tv. Unless we used a different outlet. The bed was very comfortable. I see they were doing renovations, and it looks like it will be a nice hotel. When they are finished, just the area is suspect.Staff was very friendly, and they understood.

They helped inna timely manner with fixing my TV in the room and made sure we had plenty of towels and whatever we needed.

Considering the reviews I’ve read on other hotels/motels, This particular La Quinta offered a pleasant experience. Upon arrival I noticed an unpleasant smell in the room I was given, between maintenance and housekeeping staff, they were quick to recommend the perfect room, they were also very kind to replace the iron and iron board cover without hesitation. Great option when in a tight budget.

But I wouldn’t stay there never or the hotels around that area. Very disappointed I thought La Quinta had standards that the owners would have to follow meaning the franchise.

Outside of property was dirty. Cups and trash everywhere. People smoking weed outside. This is a rough neighborhood. They share parking with a comfort inn. So you have to get a parking pass for each vehicle. There's a Burger King close by and The Wild Turkey used to be pretty good to eat at back in the day. A few good clubs around the area too.

The only thing that bothered me was there was a water leak in the dining room and breakfast area. I understand things happen but some of the food items were directly next to light fixtures that had water coming out of them. It just didn’t seem sanitary or safe.

This property is located right by the freeway in a terrible location. I did not feel safe at this place. I went in to talk to the desk clerk and when i came out a man was approaching my car and he changed direction as soon as he saw me. I checked out 2 hours later. Hotels.com has been trying to contact the manager to no avail. He never returned my call. This tells me they don't value people or safety or your concerns about any of it. Avoid this place at all costs. I wanted to stay at another LaQuinta but after repeated attempts of no response, i went to Best Western. I will never stay here again and will do my best to share this experience with as many people as i can.

Clean room..came with a fridge microwave and a hairdryer so that was nice. One of the outlets in the room was broken. Stayed for 4 days housekeeping didn’t come by not once.

If you’re looking for a place to stay one night, this is perfect decent and they have breakfast parking and the staff is nice. You just gotta wait a little bit for them to come to the desk.

Fruit was bad, ran out of lots of items, every morning I heard someone complain and say they were going out to eat. Room was clean but stairwells were gross. Bed squeaky and very loud by highway. Don’t stay here. Will not be back.

Initially getting there these rounding area was very questionable once we got into our room it was okay but when we got to our bathroom they were two large cockroaches in there my fiance took the picture and showed the receptionist at the front desk we were able to get a new room we checked it everything was fine however I saw that while we were getting ready for bed the bottom she started to come off I went to go and fix it and I saw that the match was extremely stained also it looks like they changed a few things in the bathroom in the tub itself we're usually those anti-slip maps are it looks like that was taken out but the outline of the mat was still there so it wasn't all that clean a lot of stains on the walls and the ceilings

it was simply ok, it was a very last minute trip so for that it did its job but chances of me staying at this location again are very low.

The staff was very courteous, breakfast was good but the hotel had a really bad smell to it plus we did not get the right room that we booked online. The room was clean but there were big stains on the couch. The room was not what we expected to rent.

There's a tent right behind the nearest gas station that has people living in it. There are people walking around the property and properties around it. I didn't feel safe exiting my car. I ended up not staying and losing out on the money from this reservation. 2 people walked up to my window when I pulled up to the hotel.

Room smelled disgusting, staff was rude, amenities didn’t hold their value. Laundry room was flooded and nothing worked, everything went terribly.

The A/C in the room didn’t work properly, they had to remove the covering from the unit just to get airflow and it still wasn’t cold. Breakfast was subpar. They deactivated our key cards BEFORE check out. We had to make several trips back and forth to the car with no key card to get back in. I can go on and on about the things wrong

The hallway flooring was bubbled and uneven, creating a clear tripping hazard for guests. As someone who regularly uses hotel fitness facilities, I was particularly disappointed with the gym and pool. The gym had an extremely strong and unpleasant odor that made it unusable, even after attempting to ventilate the space. I ultimately had to leave the property to work out at an off-site gym. The pool was also visibly dirty. The in-room entertainment was inconsistent and subpar. My room was equipped with an analog television, while my parents’ room offered streaming capabilities. Additionally, each attempt to watch television required logging into the Wi-Fi. On a positive note, the breakfast was quite good and met expectations. The front lobby was clean and well-maintained, and the housekeeping staff was courteous and friendly. Even for a short stay in Dallas, I would choose alternative accommodations

The shower in the bathroom was leaking, the ceiling paint was damaged, and the bathtub drain cover was missing, leaving a hole. My second request to change rooms was initially refused, and although they eventually changed my room, there was no apology.

I’ve stayed here several times because it’s close to the location I need to be for business. It’s a decent place however I find that you can hear everything from the other rooms. I also the beds can be hit or miss. I’m not topically a complainer. I just think it’s not 5 star quality. On a side note, I will still come back because location is key for me

The room was not as clean as I would expect. The AC did not work the two days we stayed. And only a small break at night. I slept maybe 3 hours a night which was not ideal because we were in town to Christmas shop.

Front desk guy was so rude, seemed like he didn't wanna be working, i asked for a baby crib or a playpen and the guy was so rude and disgusting towards me telling me they got rid of them and didnt have any at all but yet another guest had just turned one in, got our room and their was cockroaches everywhere big and small alive and dead, we left for dinner and let the ac on because it was kinda warm in the room came back from dinner and the room was straight up hot !, shower was disgusting with tiny roaches, the shower head was disgusting too and didnt work well at all, the “clean” towels were stained which, their was wasps in the restroom that we had to kill and when we went to go ask if they can come look at the thermostat, because their phone in the room wasnt working and my hisband went to the front desk and waited there for 15 mins before that rude front desk guy came out of the office, they took forever to come they came around midnight to “reboot” the system and they said it would take 20/30 mins and we waited and nothing happened the room got even hotter. Went back to the front desk their was a different guy he was actually nice enough to switch us room, today for breakfast we woke up and changed to go eat and their was a lady who was very rude and said um do you not know what time it ends i said no the front desk guy when we checked in told us it ended at 10, it was barely 9:25, ended up checking out of the hotel to go get breakfast. NEVER AGAIN TRUST ME !!!!

The entire hotel smelled like weed and when i told the staff he said he could spray some febreze. I was at the hotel for 10 minutes and the guy refused to give me a refund. I will never stay at a la quinta again.

The beds were comfy and the breakfast had a variety of foods, and there was plenty of hot water/good pressure for showering, but I wouldnt want to stay here again because of the mold problem.

Heaters did not work properly, it was super cold for me. Had to change rooms twice. Second night i wanted to leave but staff told me they couldnt refund my money. I promise you they would not treat their family member this way but they seem to be ok treating me like this. Putting me in room with limted heat while it was 32 degrees that night. . I will never return to this hotel again.

don’t recommend if your looking for something nice and good quality. the lobbies and hallway smelt bad, the rooms smelt like straight cigarettes and weed, we then got another room where the mattress and the comforter were stained bad

The rooms were a bit outdated. The online photos were not the same as in real life. The price was a whole lot more than the ammenities of other hotles. Prices were also ajusted for changing my room request.

The room was missing key furniture like a closet. The flooring was peeling up off the concrete. The tv barely had any channels that worked. The AC would cut in and out.

The person who checked me in would not provide me with his name. The deposit was $100, which was more than the room itself. The hotel is in the worst area! There were prostitutes in the parking lot. Cars, including my own, were being jacked up and taken from the parking lot by an unmarked tow truck. Had the security man not been outside my car, along with others, would have been taken God knows where.

It was by run down Denny’s restaurant and nothing else around. It was ok but I wouldn’t recommend staying there.

Great stay

I would not recommend to stay here at all. First, the neighborhood is sketchy! The lobby was pretty, but then you start to head to the elevator and the floors are all bubbled up and the side door to enter in and out were nasty and dingy. The room smelled good, but there was a bug on the bed I had to kill (just a random bug no roach or bed bug), the drawers under the TV were broken and there was a blood splatter on the floor in front of the TV, the duvet had stains and looked nasty so I pulled it off and the walls were all beat up. The TV was from the 90s and the mirror was not cleaned (still had water spots all over it). The pros were the Air Conditioner worked, the shower was clean and the front desk clerk was nice upon check in. This hotel had pretty good reviews prior to my booking, and I’m not sure how. I would not stay here again and would not recommend to anyone else.

Good hotel

The roon i stay in wasn't cleaned, i kill two roaches in the bathroom, scum on the inside doorway of the bathroom, tub didn't drain well so you were standing in water. The outside was horrible, trash everywhere, broken bottles, it might look nice inside, but that can be the disguise.

Homeless people walking around. Abandoned buildings. Hallways in the hotel had a weird spell masked with air fresheners. My first room phone didn’t work, WiFi worked off and on and the microwave didn’t work either. If you’re on a budget, I say go for it but I wouldn’t book back here again

Broken toilet and shower head

Daytime manager has very bad attitude. Second they wait until you get to tell you there's a deposit of a $100 it should be announced at the beginning when booking. What if you don't have that $100 and you have already paid for your room before checking in. And they tried to get my money off my card before I even got to the hotel NOT COOL AT ALL.

While the front desk staff was accommodating at first, once there was more than one issue with the room, the staff tried to placate the guest and was inconsistent in their story as to why they couldn’t switch the room. I would not recommend staying there unless you are prepared for broken items in your room and strippers in the hallways.

My room had a smell as soon as I walked in. I asked if I can have another room instead and they did. My new room was better it didn’t smell but the mattress you can feel the springs it had a topper but not comfortable. I woke up in the morning with my body hurting. The breakfast wasn’t that great either. I would not stay here again.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this property. This area was very unsafe and ran down. The pictures are deceptive! The hotel does not.look like any of these pictures. The floors in the main hallway had ripples like there was a flood. The buildings were abandoned next door to the hotel. The hotel gave "brothel". Cars playing loud music outside in the parking lot at all times of the night. Girls were screaming outside in the parking lot. The only benefit of this location was the highway that was close enough to get the heck up out of there fast! Dont do it!

We had to switch rooms bc the TV wasn't working and the bathroom was still dirty and then when we did switch we still had to clean the bathroom of the new room. On top of that, there was a $100 deposit/hold that wasn't advertised or mentioned on here and we won't get that back for another couple of days. The guy behind the counter was terrible and acted like he didn't want to help anyone. It took forever just to check out bc he started messing with a different tenants room while they were still packing up and trying to check out. Definitely won't be staying here ever again

Not the worst place, but not the greatest. Either people are coming in and out leaving the door open for other people that weren’t necessarily staying there. The check-in stuff left a little bit to be desired, but the room is service staff./cleaning staff was amazing super friendly and very helpful. I I am disabled and have stayed at many La Quinta and they’ve all been great until this one. The beds were so high. I could barely get in it and when I requested a different room, they charged me extra and I had stayed at three other La Quinta and never had one issue with their beds or staff. This definitely left me underwhelmed and never would stay here again.

Lots of people just walking around outside late at night. Security guard did make us feel side by walking with us from our car to the front door. The hotel had a no smoking policy and still smelled like weed every night, that was horrible.

Floors dirty, bad paint jobs, bugs in room, rust in bathroom, showers not cleaned well, unsafe area, clubs and party across the street, stray cats all around property (mainly hangout in pool area),black mold, only one elevator working, AC unit not working well, bed comforter had what looked like cigarette holes through. Overall gross hotel, it was obviously in the middle of renovations. Pictures made it look nice on the outside, but definitely not what was advertised it was very misleading.. after night 1 we asked if we could check out due to not feeling safe and the cleanliness of property - manager said “you will have to reach out to customer service”…not very helpful at all.

The room needs some TLC. The bathroom is awful it has a big black spot on the ceiling and the closet in the restroom is nasty.

Witnessed a cleaning staff member spill spoons on the floor and then proceed to pick them up and put them back into the container for people to use. Makes me wonder what else is done that way. There was only one elevator working which made check out inconvenient and crowded.

This hotel is located off the interstate in a poor neighbor, trash in the parking lot, closed Denny’s and other businesses across from hotel cats at the door, wouldn’t go back.

Being that I just moved into the area coming here, it was not pleasing. When we got into the original room, the sheets were dirty and then got assigned to another room and the room was yet clean on top of all of that. The area was not so good either and the cleanliness around it was not up to par.

Property was ok for the price. The pool would've been nice but there's cats everywhere. Someone there feeds them and there's at least 6 or so around the Property and pool area and the pool chairs where mostly torn and unusable and cats on top of the tables.

The check in process was easy. The room had a bad smell. The bed had random hairs and tiny bugs. The floor was dirty. The curtains had random stains.

Cooling in room was poor. Some stains on the ceiling. No ice on the floors. Only one working elevator. A lot of garbage/liter around the building outside.

Floor was dirty, one of the beds had a yellow stain, the towels were also stained and ripped. We asked a question about the wifi and never got an answer.

The first night we stayed our truck was broke in to. They acted if it was no big deal. Then found mold all around top of the shower in bathroom.

Had decent 3 day stay. Parking for our tractor trailer. 101° and a/c worked fine. Our room was clean, pool was clean and our 2 small Chihuahuas were accommodated and comfortable. Breakfast was pleasant every morning. Hallways could use more attention. and the weed oder is pretty intense at times. We'd return.

Waited for 10 minutes to get help… was placed in the first room that had a broken toilet… second room was right down the hall.. smells smoky.. feels icky… and you can hear all the highway noise… would absolutely never stay again:. And for the price.. it’s terrible!!

There were bugs

Over all a pleasant stay. The room needed maintenance: broken toilet seat bolt, window leak when raining, etc. I gave a list to the desk clerk. Price was very good for the Dallas area near Love Field.

The first room I was given had a strong odor that smelled like b.o. and the smoke detector had been removed. I was able to get a new room which was much better. There was no remote for the tv in this room. I went to the desk and told the clerk. When he brought a remote to me , he was not friendly and I felt like I had caused him problems. Finally there was a big roach or cricket that came from under the bed this morning. Not a good experience.

This property was crap it was not kept up at all. The ac didn’t work at all. They didn’t have ice, the elevator was busted. The staff did not care about any of the patrons. I can’t even believe Expedia would back this place. Last but not least they let people smoke Mary Jane in the halls. 10/10 would never stay here again.

Breakfast was amazing. Room was small for 4 adults and toddler. Needed some upgrades bed was uncomfortable. Air conditioning was okay wasn’t really cooling more humid than anything.

The area was convenient and close to the highway, and the room was awesome and very cozy.

There was hair already in the bath tub and the shower curtain and tears in it. The thermostat was set to 50 but the room was at least 80, when telling the front desk that the room was too hot they came up and removed the faces on the HVAC 😂

Our room was not in good shape. We found the sheets to be dirty/stained, fire alarm taken off the ceiling but not replaced, AC wouldnt go below 70, paint on the floor and the shower curtain ripping off the shower rod. The pool was accessible but dirty as well. It seemed to be in a rougher area of town. We only stayed 1 night and went somewhere else.

There was nothing unique about the property however I will say this, the AC units do not work, the elevator seems to be breaking down, and they area surrounding them seems to be in a constant state of disrepair.

AC didnt work and we were extremely hot all night. The worker offered us another room but our kids were sleep by then. We rented 2 rooms and the ac didn't work in either room. There was no point in moving. On the flip side the front desk workers were nice.

Lobby is hot, flooring material is liftng in ground floor hallways, images aren't fully accurate for current condition, there is a smell, my room doorframe was damaged, the bathroom toilet leaked, the drywall had unfinished repairs showing, the bathroom ceiling had water damage, the bathroom vanity was damaged underneath, the shower curtain was tore up at the top. This room was unprepared for guests, and those details should have been addressed before booking it. Hospitality includes ensuring the condition of the property is well-maintained. I only recommend this location if you need an inexpensive place to stay, not for facility quality.

Unfortunately, this hotel did not live up to the advertisement photos. The property exterior was littered with trash, and there were two sketchy men loitering near the elevator and in the hallway, which made me feel unsafe. The A/C in the room was working, but barely cooled the space. WiFi constantly disconnected, which was frustrating. The room itself was poorly maintained—one bedroom mirror was just leaning against the wall with mounting brackets still sticking out, and the bathroom vanity appeared to have been repaired but never repainted. On a positive note, the front desk gentleman was welcoming and the bedding and bath linens were clean. However, the lobby was uncomfortably hot and humid, and two of the lamps in my room had burned out bulbs. Overall, this hotel needs serious attention to safety and maintenance. I would not recommend it, especially for women traveling alone or with children.

The a/c did not work, I had to ask ask to be switched to different rooms twice. The libby restroom didn’t work.

I was welcomed by a big roach when I entered the room, room in general was dirty, bathroom light/fan didn’t work. Reported to main desk and it never got fixed. Area around hotel looks dangerous, hookers walking around.

One of the better motels I have stayed the staff is very nice and they do not bother you.if you ask they will help you don't ask they don't bother you and that's the way it should be.great place to stay I fully recommend it when in the area

Comfort, clean and quiet place

The cleaning service was great. Hotel check in people were not very friendly. The area was not good. Random people just walking all around and I felt unsafe. The free breakfast was a joke.

Please know the staff from front desk to the service staff were wonderful and did their best to provide good service. My review is related to the area itself which the staff can’t control. The lighting is odd, while I was there it were sketchy people going in and out, then I realized we were right underneath the highway and next to a strip club. I missed this detail when booking the hotel for my family and I. There were homeless folks around the area, no one bothers anyone, but there is uncertainty and ladies from the strip club come there too, it’s simply not a family friendly place. I didn’t feel safe as a female even going down to the lobby alone at times. Otherwise, the hotel staff were very helpful and nice. Breakfast is pretty decent. They cleaned the pool when more folks started coming in I think my family and I were one of the only families checked in at the start of the week. There’s also a pungent smell of bleach or chlorine coming from each floor. It seems better fit for someone looking to rest for the night which many people were doing.
