Nothing. I will not recommend this hotel ever. Room smelled moldy. I saw several roaches. Only 1 elevator worked. Didnt know you had to pay in cash for deposit. Locations was nasty area. Alot of homeless people around property. Ice machine didn't work. Breakfast was poor.

This place is in a bad area. Unhoused everywhere, felt very unsafe. It is dirty, only 1 door with access ( I assume for safety) The whole place is dirty and beat up. Specifically stayed at a motel with breakfast to not be able to eat because of sanitation. The room was nasty. The more you looked the worse it got. Dust on outlets, stains on the pillows, sheets, bath towels, multiple hairs found on different surfaces in bathroom. You could see dirt and debris around the room. I put on brand new clean white socks and walked around just the room for 10 minutes and they were stained brown. Disgusting. The TV barely work. Microwave didn't work at all. Coffee pot never seen a rag. So gross. Dont stay here. It isn't worth it.

I book here for 4 days I was ate up by bed bugs when I started itching every day, I reported to the front desk they say it was probably the bedsheets because I never changed the bed.Sheets after sleeping in there for one night. so they changed the bedsheets I still was being ate up I complained again nothing was done about it. I tried to sleep on the sofa, but it was too creepy. I had to pack my bags in the middle of the night at 2 AM and leave because I couldn’t stay there anymore. It was very creepy and I recommend nobody to stay here there were prostitutes all over the place and drugs been smoked in front of the door with no respect

Upon arrival we were met with a horrid smell of cigarette smoke and the bed appeared stained and wrinkled. I asked for new sheets, instead was told my room would be changed because the cleaning staff was leaving for the day, it was 10minutes after 3pm, check-in time. I wasn’t upset about the room change because I was assuming it would be nicer. However, the next room was far worse stained sheets, carpets stained, ac stained, pillows stained, lamps stained. The worse part was having to kill a COCKROACH in the room. To be clear I then immediately requested another room change because where there’s one this another in that room. The final room I wasn’t expecting anything better just hopefully no stained sheets, and yet again I was let down. We had just got off a flight and had a plethora of things we had to do, so we settled and removed the sheets that were stained. We were able to get some blankets to use from our close by family members house. This hotels looks nothing like the pictures they are advertising.

This hotel was terrible. The images on this site are not reality. The property is rundown. My room furniture was damaged and the room smelled of marijuana. I was not able to get a refund. I was polite and asked to be moved to another room but the clerk said there were no other rooms available. I left and slept in my truck. I don’t blame Hotel.com. This was my first bad experience. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

One thing that caught us off guard was the required CASH $60 deposit per room. They also inspect the room at checkout for stains or damages, which felt ironic because the rooms themselves were covered in stains. The couch was heavily stained and honestly unpleasant to look at, and the carpets throughout the room were stained as well. Overall, the rooms had a strange odor that made you question how thoroughly things were cleaned. That being said, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was great, and the staff members we interacted with were very kind. While I personally wouldn’t stay here again, I can appreciate it as a budget-friendly option for a short one-night stay.

We walked in and no one greeted us. The whole atmosphere was dark and dirty. We turned and walked out.

I have stayed at other Comfort Inn before and have never had any problem until now. The room was very dirty upon checking in. There was popcorn and stain underneath of the mattress. The bathtub wasn't clean; there was red/pink residue all over (who know what it was). The lamp was rusted. Even though it was a smoking free hotel, there were a lot of people smoking. Even when they did it in front of the receptionist, they did nothing. The smoking smell is everywhere once you step inside.

Pictures are NOT a great depiction of this hotel. Not kept up with. Elevator lights inoperable. Cash only deposit. Beds rock from being uneven. Staff is kind. Decent people. Hotel on the LOW END

When I tried to calmly explain the situation, the customer service I received was completely unacceptable. The front desk agent became hostile, yelling and speaking to me in a disrespectful manner. At no point did I raise my voice or use inappropriate language. Despite this, he ultimately refused to allow us to stay. This left me in an extremely difficult situation, as I had driven four hours for a doctor’s appointment and was left without accommodations. I also have video documentation of the entire interaction, which clearly shows how the situation was handled.

got on the ground floor, ac worked the bed was broken, when me or the wife got out of the bed you almost fell out of your side of the bed as it tipped over. There was a metal bar sticking out of the side of the bed I had to wrap a towel around it to keep from cutting my shin. Room was to have a hair dryer did not, was to have a microwave and did not. The floor was sticky. Thank goodness I did not have a black light. My wife said. "She bet they rent rooms by the hour here".

I booked 4 nights here and all 4 nights my room was never cleaned and towels were never given . I asked on multiple occasions for room service for my room to be cleaned and extra towels since my stay included two small children . The shower drain was completely clogged with hair and coming up out of the shower I asked to have someone come down no one ever fixed this issue . 3-30 -26 I asked for extra towels for my room and was told house keeping would bring them by , I also asked to speak to a manger to explain my experience thus far since I paid $386 including deposit and wasn’t receiving any service , instead they checked me out my room when I left to tour the city and refused to give me my bags out of the room it was a hassle getting these issues resolved I would rate this room 0 in all aspects. This location is not a friendly stay a fight and shoot out occurred during my stay and overall made this the worst experience wouldn’t book with them at all .

The property does not pick up the phone when you have issues. There’s no manager on site. At least that’s what I was told drugs laying out in the room for my one year-old daughter to grab. Here’s a message from the property to me, but a refund still yet to receive a bunch of scam artists and a moldy motel then this is a spot for you

Bed linen had not been changed. During the night I kept itching. unsure reason. in morning with great window light, I noticed the crap left on the bed. not been changed. there were no baths.

I did not feel safe in this place. There was an incident when I was there where somebody who was injured and bodily fluid was dispelled throughout the facility. The bathrooms were important condition. The bed was nice. The hallways had trash as well as the stairwells. The staff was very nice. The elevator was malfunctioning and only one of the elevators worked.

I do not recommend this place. Especially if you have kids. Dirty, smelly and just by telling you there’s a nightclub right behind tells you enough. I really tried but with just an hour of being there I couldn’t.

The hotel in general was dirty. In my room there was left over food in the fridge and I'm sure the shampoo and conditioner was used the bottle was half full. Service was unfriendly. The breakfast was average and ran out quickly and the guy behind the desk did not seem interested in refilling. I will not be back.

I had a reservation of 1 king bed and was given a room with a queen bed. When I went to ask the front desk to move me to a King bed, the man said all king beds were taken. My husband kept telling him we booked for a room with a king bed to which the man said all king and queen beds are the same size. At the end the man said he could instead give us a room with 2 queen beds. When we went into the room one of the queen beds had stains and the room smelled funky. Hallways reeked of weed. Elevator is missing buttons but it was working. For the $60 cash deposit they make you sign a ticket saying you provided the $60. During check out we asked for the cash back and were provided it with no issues.

Room felt like a second grade room, curtain was broken and suspending in corner and couldn't close, room smell was stuffy, shower curtain was broken in a few places on the rail and looked tatty. Staff look like they just woke up from a nap. Really will NEVER stay at the hotel chain again.

Also there were nothing but blue stripe swimming pool towels available my whole 2 night stay. I had to go buy an hand towel to wash up. I was in room 230 the bed close to the window, had a iron rod sticking out of it which my leg was slightly injured on. The lobby was warm all the time, but the room was much cooler, I'm grateful for that. These are all the reasons my stay got poor rating.

The walls were dirty in the room, there were no wash cloths. Breakfast is set out at 6am BUT it does not get replenished so by 7 there’s only waffles available. The front desk lady was very nice and polite and she does try to be accommodating. The hotel as a whole is just lacking. Do not recommend unless it’s the very last option available.

When we went down there we asked them why they weren’t answering the phone and the lady responded “do you want me to answer the phone or do you want me to help people at the counter end“ but no one was at the counter and she was sitting down. we didn’t have face towels. The elevator is super scary. It feels unstable. Never again!

The staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel was run down and in a very bad part of town. Smelled like mildew or mold on every floor but the 2nd floor. We stayed on the fourth floor. Club next door took up parking and people were loud at all times of night. There was trash everywhere outside. I don’t suggest it for families.

They forgot to do the service from yesterday, before, yesterday, today, and the coming for tomorrow even though I gave them a tip of $30,000 USD from the JP Morgan Chase bank money that came from the oil drilling exploration businesses from Texas, American Airlines, Texaco, Valero, AT&T Wireless and the Dallas Cowboys.

They forgot to do the service from yesterday, before, yesterday, today, and the coming for tomorrow even though I gave them a tip of $30,000 USD from the JP Morgan Chase bank money that came from the oil drilling exploration businesses from Texas, American Airlines, Texaco, Valero, AT&T Wireless and the Dallas Cowboys.

My stay here was great, no issues what so ever. There is a club across the street and people used the parking from the hotel to go there which the clutter of cars was uncomfortable bit over all great stay. Would stay again.

There was always loud noises in the hallway and half dress females walking around THIS IS NOT A PLACE FOR FAMILIES. There were blood stains on the wall in our room and an open condom wrapped next to the bed. Sink and tub would both clog up when we would use the water. One of the bed was off balance meaning I would sit on the edge of the bed and the other side would lift up felt like you would fall over on the floor. I mentioned this to the front desk and all she did was take notes down and put it in the system. She didn’t offer to move us rooms or anything. I would never stay here at brings my kids back to the place.

This hotel is dirty. This is near a club and so you can expect the unexpected. This is definitely not for families. I did not know until I came here. Very disappointed with Choice hotels. I thought they are some of the good ones. I will need to reconsider my bookings with them in future.

There was only scalding hot water in the room. There was water damage to the walls. The towel holders were coming off, and staff was extremely rude and not helpful.

This was a horrible hotel stay! The waiting Lobby was extremely hot, due to an inadequate AC system. The complimentary breakfast was terrible. It literally had very few options for breakfast; with no orange juice or apple juice beverages. Only water to quench your thirst with whole eggs and a self-serve waffle maker.

This was my first and last time on the property. I never leave reviews but I felt the people needed to know. I saw 2 bugs in our room - one dead roach near the bathroom and one unidentified bug near the AC unit. It is unlikely the room had been recently vacuumed. There was persistent sediment in our water pipes, both shower and sink, leaving behind black residue after it had run. The room was not stocked with enough towels for a double room. There was one bath towel and two hand drying towels. The bathroom had a lingering moldy smell, and there was unidentified gunk on the phone cord. I don’t expect perfection but it’s clear that this room had been neglected. Luck of the draw!

When I returned alone to my original room, I found used condom wrappers on the floor and stained bedding. I complained and was moved to another room, which had filthy bedding and a dirty bathroom. There was clearly no housekeeping onsite. The third room was slightly better, but the front desk woman actually got upset when I pulled the bedspread back to check for cleanliness. I even offered to change the sheets myself because I had already prepaid and didn’t want to lose more money. The front desk staff was lazy, rude, and unprofessional the entire stay. For days they claimed no manager was onsite or reachable. This place isn’t just poorly run—it’s completely unfit for guests. Do not stay here. Comfort Inn should be ashamed of how they treat paying customers. I’ll never be back and will tell everyone I know to stay far away.

This was probably the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life. Please don’t allow the pictures to fool you into believing that this hotel is worth anything over $20. All the hallways are hot and musty and the elevators barely work. When I first walked in my hotel room there was this awful smell lingering which I later discovered was from the A/C. ( So if you want a cool room, don’t breathe through your nose.) Upon further inspection, I discovered that our pillows had makeup on them as if they weren’t changed at all. There were stains on the carpet, curtains, and on all of the walls. The whole building was disgusting! There were dead bugs on the floor of the hallway that no one cleaned up for 2 days. Maybe the locals know how bad this Comfort Inn is, but as a warning to anyone coming from out of state please don’t get scammed like I did! I’m embarrassed that I stayed here. I’ll definitely do more research in the future.

Just a heads up in case its not advertised the HOLD they request for incidentals is currently $60 in cash. They can keep card info if there is any but they dont do the temporary charge on cards, hence why they request cash only.

All staff members need to be reviewed, because they are not friendly.

Its in a ghetto neighborhood. Homeless people outside the hotel. Spoiled milk for breakfast. Room is quite clean but so many things broken.

I am a Dallas resident, and my room was booked last minute due to a personal situation. When I arrived, the agent let me know that they were fully booked and my room was the last availability they had. Had it been under any other circumstances, I would have turned right around and walked out! Stains against the walls, on the furniture, the remote and table surfaces were sticky...I was so taken aback! I sat in my car and ate my food because I had no idea what the substance on the table was. Because if the condition of my room, I did not dare to eat from the breakfast or drink the coffee. I will say that I had a place to stay during my situation, but I will not stay here again.

A $60 cash only security deposit at checkin. To get that back the room would be inspected for linen stains, damages, etc. He then put us in a room that linens were stained! Put in a little better room but had an unknown stain that had run down the wall! After 4 hour nap, check out was long as he was inspecting rooms. Never again will I stay there!

Do not stay here unless you have too. The pictures of this property are very deceiving. The rooms have mold. It’s hotter than Hades in the lobby. It’s right off the interstate so you do hear a lot of street noise. They do offer a free breakfast , but that is also low quality.

Had to leave a 60 dollar cash only deposit which i wasnt told until i got to the front desk had to go and get money out ..inly way to go in is thru the main entrance cuz side all other doors to get in key pad doesnt work you can only get out but not come im thru other doors very inconvenient when you are parked way at the back and cant go thru the back or side doors and have to walk all the way to th front entrance room had no iron it had the hanging clip bit no iron had to go get it in front desk tv remote didnt work also had to go get it in front desk didnt have a pleasnt stay for the 2 days that i was there

Manager was VERY rude. I checked my bank statement and they charged me $30 dollars and $103 dollars more…I would never ever stay there again… Do Not go there!!!!!!

The pictures are very deceitful. It looks very nice and almost brand new, however, they had a lot of things in the hotel that was old. Their shower curtain appeared to be falling apart. When I walked in the carpet area with my socks on they were super dirty almost black. The AC in the room wasn't cooling the room making it impossible to fall or stay asleep for my family and I. One huge thing to think about is that they ask you to put down a $60 deposit just in case of any damages. The problem with this is that they preferred you pay with cash rather than a credit card (which is what we used). My husband had asked them why and they responded with, "it's just to get your refund back faster." The problem with this is that if you don't pay attention when first going into the hotel there's a sign that saysnif you don't remind them of the $60 to get it refunded within the next 24hours they'll keep that money. This looks like a huge scam or at least very suspicious because they sounded like they preferred cash rather than a card. If you do end up staying here use a card! However, don't come here because it's not the best place to stay, it's ghetto in a very shady area. There's a reason why it's cheap. If you enjoy sleeping in a room where it's hot then this is a great place but other than that don't come here!!!

Staff were nice but unprofessional. Waited 25 minutes in the lobby while they were looking at a computer. No explanation or apology. Room door wouldn’t open, bathroom door wouldn’t shut, lamp had no bulb, bathroom bar missing. Cash deposit out of the ordinary.

Property was really nice. The hotel was dated. The toilet was running. The iron left a black mark on my husband’s shirt and the smell of weed was strong on the fourth floor and in my room which triggered my asthma. That was not the fault of the hotel but other patrons.

Place isn't what it looks like online, then the surprise of 60 dollars in cash for a deposit. I did get it back however it is rare i use cash Use the atm in the hotel i wont get that charge back. Room is very dated the doors of the room looked like previous someone used something to pry the door open

Gross, old, & pictures are deceiving.. Checking in the clerk came from the back room looking at me like I was an inconvenience…. She said 2 words during my whole check in. Hotel smelled When I entered. It was hot inside , elevator buttons were broken, room sink was cracked and carpet was gross. Location is right next to freeway.

This was the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The front lobby bathroom was filled with feces, the elevators didn’t work, the towels in the room were dirty, the room was dusty, and smoke detectors going off all night. Also the fire alarm went off & the employee didn’t say anything about it.

When I expressed that another employee told me that I would be able to check in early the management said that that was completely untrue at that location he was rude about it and told me that he didn’t need my business and I was free to cancel my reservations instead of trying to accommodate me I’m not going to say it’s because of my skin color but I will say that the next gentleman received much better service
