The condition of the room was unacceptable. The shower curtain was torn and covered in mildew. The bed sheets appeared dirty and had small bugs on them, raising serious concerns about possible bed bugs. The floor was sticky, as though a soda or other liquid had been spilled and never properly cleaned. In addition, the front desk experience was equally concerning. The staff member was discourteous and unnecessarily prolonged the inspection of my Texas driver’s license during check-in, which made the process uncomfortable and unprofessional. Having just moved and being utterly exhausted, we did not check out to find another hotel. However, the condition of the room was so concerning that I was unable to sleep in the bed and remained awake throughout the night. For $75 per night, we expected a clean, safe, and reasonably maintained room. Unfortunately, the condition of the room and the service we received did not meet basic hospitality standards. I am requesting a full refund of this reservation in the amount of $75. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding how this matter will be addressed.

Room was filthy, exploited us in the middle of an ice storm, then only after taking over $200 from me in the middle of the storm an being reported to this apps customer service dept for false advertising(room did not look like it does in pics, tweaked everywhere, also advertised with microwave, DOES NOT have microwave) did the do the right thing and offer free stay since we were already booked for two nights when the ice storm hit. The worst experience ever, will never stay here again.

2 rooms were booked. First we were given 2 rooms not close together 1 of them worked, but the card reader was broken on the other so both rooms were changed. It's worth noting that these rooms only had refrigerators no microwaves as they should have. Then the rooms we were given then side by side were the deluxe king size rooms, but only 1 had a closet. The other did not but it had a refrigerator and a microwave while the other only had a refrigerator. The showers in both had hair in them The facility allowed pets which is not what we wanted because I have severe pet allergies and didn't want the chance of getting a reaction to uncleaned rooms with fur or dander. Each time the rooms were changed we had to go back to the office and show ids for a new check in. At one point they even suggested we pay room deposits in cash which I felt was a little odd, but then they called and said don't worry about it. The next day they came in and cleaned the showers not sure at what time this was but it was after 10am so we didn't see who did it. All and all while the trip was ok the accommodations weren't really what we were expecting.

The staff at the front desk was friendly when we checked in and out. The bathroom outlet didn't work, the bath didn't stay hot, the TV didn't have a remote and didn't work and there was tobacco spit on the floor when we checked in that hadn't been cleaned. We paid for 3 adults to stay, and were only given 2 bath towels and the room didn't have any soap or other toiletries.

Dirty room, no clean water, no access to food, staff is very rude and downright intolerable. Treats the average customer like crap. Came looking for a microwave in the lobby(cause it’s not in room as advertised) and was told to “just get out.” This was in the middle of the ice storm mind you. And oh, forgot to mention they exploited THAT situation and took our money when they should’ve comped rooms in the middle of a natural disaster. Only after I reported them did they try to offer a free night, just to try and save face. I will NEVER stay at this place again. Would not recommend to ANYONE.

Close to Love Field airport. Plenty of restaurants around to pick from. My first and second room was not clean. First room mildew on the shower curtains. Second room cigarette holes in spread.
