    It was dirty, some of my guys saw bugs and it was a bad neighborhood. The rooms were weird. It’s like it was a different hotel with different furniture and so you’re in this big empty weird room with fake hardwood laminate floors, and there was mold in the shower. Will not be going there again.

    I have stayed in the same room, for over a week... And, for the entirety of two of those days, there was no water at all in the room for most of the day. When we finally did get water restored, it took several hours to get any kind of warm water. There was at least one other day, when the water was off for at least a few hours. I understand if they have some plumbing issue, that calls for the water to be off however, each time, I had to inquire, we were never notified ahead of time. And we were not offered any type of discount, or anything ro make up for this unexpected, and not communicated issue. When I booked online, there was no mention of water being scheduled to be off, and I was led to believe that in renting a room here, there would be a working shower,a kitchen with a sink, and a toilet that flushed. That I would be able to wash my hands, or make coffee, or shower before work. On the last occasion, the lady from the front desk had knocked o my door at about 1020, asking me whether I was checking out or extending... Initially, I told her that I planned to check out. But I decided to extend, and paid online, then called the front desk to tell them. By11-1130, novwater again in room. I went to redo key, and asked and told of fixing a leak, it would be off until 5pm, hot water hours later . I was upset, that I had not been told this at any point. when hotels.com asked them about a discount or anything, they refused. That is unacceptable to me. I will not be back.

    The room was clean and had a clean kitchenette which I made use of. Upon arrival I was informed of a busted water pipe so no water. I could have left, but decided to stay. The water was restored by morning before my shower so it all worked out. I do wish they would have notified me via a message before my arrival, but honestly I didn’t know what I would have done differently. I would have jumped through hoops to fix it and the manager did just that. Everything worked out fine, so I will stay there again.

    Staff is very rude. I don’t know what kind of education and home training these people got. And I’m talking about every single one of them from reception to housekeepers, except for Raj, he was the only one who was nice and polite. The last front desk employee I had to deal with on 03/07/26 was one the most rude persons I’ve ever met in my whole life, they don’t care about anything else but money. On the other hand their laundry room is very clean and the machines are in great condition

    Adequate. Nothing fancy but clean rooms with everything you need. Staff was very accommodating. We asked for extra pillows and they provided some right away with no problem. Kitchen has small stove with two burners, microwave, and a full fridge with freezer, which was important to me. If you are on budget this is a good option.

    They clean every room every day, it’s Motel 6 but a little nicer and better rate. Right off the freeway in an industrial park so there aren’t many people around other than other guests. Convenient drive to anywhere in DFW, and they do weekly rates too.

    My mother and I stayed in room 116, where we encountered multiple roaches in the room as well as some coming into the room from outside the door. We experienced symptoms like nausea, coughing and sneezing. It did cause for me to have to use my inhaler. We have video and pictures of the live roaches as well as pictures of the dead roaches on the wall from previous guest. We did attempt using baking powder as deterrent. We would like a full refund or suggestions for resolution.

    For 2 nights in a row now, i woke up to the immediete feeling that someone had been in my room. And i am sure that there had been. I alway s turn in the fan above the stove, on low, and it helps me sleep, and drown out outside noise... but, yesterday when i woke up, the first thing i noticed was that it was off, and someon see had also turned my tv volume down. I set a camera up last night when i was getting ready for bed, and had the fan going again. When i woke up , it was off again.ive paid for 3 nights at this hotel now, and have not been able to shower for 2 days, until i can go to parkland, and make sure that i have not been sexually assalted, in my sleep. The fan does not have a timer, or shut off on its own. And ive had the deadbolt and inner extra lock engaged the entire time ive been in the room.

    Dear Sonesta Management, I recently stayed at your property and was very disappointed with the overall experience. My room had a strong odor of stale cigarette smoke and animals. The bathroom had visible mold and hair in the tub, the carpet was torn, and the appliances were outdated. Additionally, the door latch was broken, which presented a safety concern. When I reported these issues, the guest attendant responded rudely and appeared visibly irritated. Her attitude was so unprofessional that even another guest noticed and asked if she was okay. When I raised my concerns with the general manager, they were dismissed as “fluff,” which I found disrespectful and unhelpful. The surrounding area also felt unsafe, with questionable activity near the building. The elevator doors close with excessive force, which adds to the sense of poor maintenance and safety risk. I’m sharing this feedback not to criticize, but to urge improvement. Guests should feel safe, respected, and comfortable during their stay. I hope management will take these concerns seriously and address the cleanliness, safety, and customer service issues promptly

    The room was dirty sheets had stains on them. The staff was rude. Staff threatened me and got in our face. Threatened to call cops on my aunt who brought me food! Do not stay here! Management didn’t care either they were all rude staff even when I went to talk to them in the morning they hid the manger and said he wasn’t available and it was because they didn’t care to deal with or correct their staff in anyway .

    The room was basic but very clean and the staff was helpful and accomodating. The only negatives were noise the first night from work going on in the room above me and an odor of urine from the air conditioner. I reported these to the desk clerk and the room was quiet the second night, but the smell remained, so I didn't use the AC. Overall, it was a decent room at an affordable price.

    The place smelled wierd, like sour mop water and some kind of perfume, and not in the good way (nag champa, a curry cooking) that I've encountered with similar motels. There was hair on the sheets. The floor in the room needed to be mopped with clean mop water, it felt somewhat greasy to walk on. They don't provide shampoo, which seems like a really weird corner to cut. Not a bad stay. It was quiet, the night clerk was plesant enough. The grounds looked clean and the parking was adequate and well lit. I wouldn't have a problem staying again.

    At the time of the booking I’ve requested double beds, upon my arrival at the hotel, they’ve charged me $278 extra for a double bed. I showed the receptionist my original hotel booking but I was told either I pay or leave the hotel, at 10pm when I’ve arrived. I’m disputing the charges with my credit card company since last August 2025. It is not fair, nor professional that reservation is made based on people’s need and by the time of your travel from Los Angeles, California to Dallas, Texas - a new higher fee is mentioned and the hotel doesn’t approve the original reservation price through Expedia, to me this is a way of stealing from hotel guests with no good faith or a legitimate contract at the time of reset!

    This is an extended stay hotel. There are people fully living here with their pets. I’m talking windows decorated with plants and all! There was a horrible spice smell in the whole building. We had to get air fresheners for the room. Our room and bathroom had ROACHES!! There was also a leak in the bathroom that kept getting the floor all wet and the bathroom door has been glued back together and wouldn’t shut all the way. It was ridiculous.

    My experience at this location was extremely disappointing. The room itself offered only the bare minimum, which I could have overlooked, but the real issue came once I turned off the lights and took a nap. When I woke up, I found the room crawling with roaches. I even have video evidence — one of a roach I trapped under a cup inside the room, and another showing roaches in the hallway. This isn’t just a minor issue; it’s a clear infestation. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel, regardless of the price point. Cleanliness and pest control should be a top priority, and unfortunately, this Studio 6 failed at both. Until this problem is addressed, I would strongly caution anyone against booking here.

    Thought I was getting a bargain, but you get what you pay for. I stayed two nights at this hotel. And I found the musty (mold?) smell pretty strong and the cockroaches (3) I found scurrying into the corners of the room when I turned on the lights and entered the room unacceptable. Definitely will not stay here again.

    The hallways to get to the room had a really bad smell. Once inside the room, the room was hot and also smelly. Not event 5 minutes of being there someone opened the door and then left. It made me feel unsafe so i left and checked out.

    While the check-in process was relatively easy, the hotel was NOT clean. I viewed 3 different rooms during my 2-night stay. The first room's air conditioning unit didn't work, and we were moved to a second room. The second room was "clean" but there were roaches everywhere. On the walls, in the cabinets, in the bathroom, in the closet area, EVERYWHERE! After spraying down the room & trying to work with them, I notified the front desk & they offered another room...roaches in there too! The manager wasn't contacted & I was simply told I can talk with them in the morning. I do not recommend anyone stay here as it's not as updated as it looks and there are roaches everywhere!

    The staff were helpful, responsive and respectful. I changed rooms three times when I arrived. The first room was worn and there was a huge ceiling issue over the bath tub. I had my cat who has anxiety when we travel. I was moved to another room and allowed to check it before I moved in. Then I was informed they couldn’t let me stay in that room due to the inspection people coming. I was moved next door which was not as clean and dated as that room. No wonder they wanted to have the inspector look at the other room. So now I get a smaller room with no tub as I reserved because they rooms that has tubs were worn and perhaps other issues. I had seen a roach on the maids cart and I went immediately and purchased some raid after I advised the front desk. I saw smaller roaches in my room which means they had parents there like that one on the cart. I did not have a problem with any roaches after I sprayed which I had do be very careful with my cat. The lobby was very clean and updated as most motels are when the rooms are not. I can say that the cleaning staff were always cleaning and the outside was clean. Some people did not pick up after there dog so I was sure now to walk in the grassy areas. They had a nice fitness room. My room was shared a wall with the laundry so my fridge was doing a dance all day until they closed at night. It was a safe location as I had my car filled with my belongings and I liked the fact that I didn’t have any issues there. This place needs an update

    Well I paid for an upgrade but was told there wasn’t any available. Then later on in the evening I over heard another front desk clerk telling new customers about the king suites. So we lost about $15 to upgrade to a bed with a hole. The room was right next to the back door the back door slammed shut so terrifying every time it shut it would wake you up.

    Rooms had black mold on ceiling and on floor boards and in the ac. Also had bed bugs. Worst place to ever stay. When I asked to change rooms I was told there wasn’t any Available and that I would get a call that day. Never got a call. Finally got to talk to the owner which over all was a very nice person. Only offered partial refund and I left the hotel.

    Unexpectedly having to move out of one house rather abruptly, had a haphazard experience that the hotel could have influenced positively but the “manager” came to my door and actually yelled at me for my helpers going to and fro from the room in the act of helping my move and threatened to call the police on me (for what?!), and threatened kicking me out for my dog, a shih-Tzu mix who sticks to me like a magnet not being on a leash in the corridor. Following this incident, I avoided interacting with the staff as little as possible allowing a frozen ac to melt still onto the floors and our belongings. Horrible experience. Childish, petulant manager better suited for a career without personal interaction perhaps. Avoid this one!!

    The front desk is behind glass and you have to talk through a speaker. That shouldve been the first red flag. We were assigned our room. And drove behind the hotel for parking and there were so many broken down cars parked there and a lot of people standing around smoking weed. We had to use elevator to go up a floor and it looked very run down, super dirty, and almost too scared to use it. While walking down the hall we noticed a lot of doors looked like they have been pryed open or kicked in before. That sent a red flag. The room had an odd smell to it. My family felt really unsafe. We were booked for 3 nights but instantly left. After talking to check in person a lot of people live in the hotel and the property had cameras everywhere. But it did not convince me to stay. Will never ever look for a hotel in that area again.

    Not bad. If you just want a pace to put your head down near the airport, this hotel may be an option. The mattress was sleeping away from the bed frame. You should provide some dish soap if you’re proving a kitchen. There’s no coffee in common area. They only provide coffee cups once. After that, you’re by yourself.

    Everything met my expectation. It’s not in a great location, I knew that before I booked it so that was not a surprise. The property and my room were clean and I felt safe. Weather was cool so I didn’t try the AC until the morning I checked out. It did not work. I let the office know as I was leaving. I would stay there again.

    It is a property being renovated. They started hammer at 9:45. The hostess was helpful when you could find her, but she did help work the t.v. in my room. Didn't seem very full, but I was placed next to the renovations room. My room was renovated very nicely.

    Good location to be running all around Dallas. I felt safe in area and did not fear my car would be vandalized. There was a lot of activity going on upstairs all night long, but it didn't terribly disrupt my sleep. Looks like this property hosted extended stay and was kept very well. Reasonably priced for the accommodations. I would certainly reconsider staying here again.

    Definitely a get what ya pay for place. Out dated, the hallways smell horrible but the actual room is okay. Our room was accessible, but the bathroom flooded every time we showered and the tiles right outside of the shower were all broken. Not a kid friendly place, prostitutes every where. It's a go to your room and stay there place.
