Only one burner worked on the stove top. The window blew completely out of frame when the wind blew twice. Night Staff offered master key instead of letting me in my room when replacement key wasn't available because he didn't like to go upstairs, so much so he put on gloves just to open my door. It was very unsettling. On top of that management confused check out date smh I don't know how, but rudely called the room two days early requested payment or "be kicked out" once she realized her mistake my 73 year old father was not apologized to but was rudely told he could find somewhere else. After that situation management showed up the next morning "stating smoke detectors was going off from smoke coming from my room. I work from home so she interrupted my meeting by then making accusations that I was smoking in the room. She then called another manager to come and "investigate" invaded my privacy because they felt lije it. I knew she was making it up because a little later during the day. when the next door set off fire detectors the whole fire alarm system reacted you could hear it loudly thru out the building. I never let them know I knew she was lying about smoke detectors going off in my room. I just report issue to Customer Relations I hope they fix the issue thru training

I was told I had to pay for an 18 day stay all upfront because I booked through hotels. A few days in I got a phone call about a family emergency so I had to check out early. I checked out and made phone calls and sent emails about getting refunded the rest of my booking. Several days later I was told by hotels.com that they have a no refund policy regardless of the situation. The hotel kept roughly over $500 for the rest of the booking. If I would’ve know about the no refund I never would’ve left the hotel or booked there in the first place. Nothing mentioned at check in or on the website.

GM is very professional and nice. Very convenient location to Walmart, dollar tree etc. Straight to the point property.

It was lil bugs flying around our room, the tub and restroom area the beds, nothing was clean at all.

I liked the area. I liked that they gave me what I asked for. A first floor room.

The web site was not clear about check in requirements. I showed up to check in, office closed. No one answered the phone. The employee on site when I found one, dtated O have not room, he could not do anything for me, my reservation was cancellled by the site without any contact with me. Expedia was not help.

They canceled my reservation 1 hour prior to check in, saying they didn't have rooms, when I did it 10 days ahead.

The front office manager is nice. However, the rooms are not well-kept. Also, there was an issue with roaches while there. When housekeeping did come by, all they did was change the trash. i had to request the broom and vaccum to sweep and vacuum the floors. While I understand with some extended stays, it is necessary to clean your own room, this can be really inconvenient when they already fail to clean the room properly before you check in, and your stay is less than 30 days. It would have been a waste of resources to purchase everything I would have needed to properly clean the room for the short amount of time I stayed. Location is decent, located near stores and gas stations. Also, beware of the construction happening behind the property. It was VERY annoying, and hard to sleep with the constant construction every night.

Our stay was great it was super quiet and the courtesy officer was very helpful as well as the lady's at the front desk the entire staff was great!
