Hyatt Place DFW

Property is very well maintained and rooms were all in excellent condition with comfy beds. I was really surprised when I saw that the property was 10 years old because it looks like it’s brand new. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

The hotel partners with a recovery company and I was able to get it back. Not worth a lot of money but just takes a while to get it set up for on going travel. So i was happy to get it back for just the shipping charges

Bath/shower sprayed all over the bathroom and the tub didn’t drain, but filled up throughout shower. Sat at bar to order drink when checking in, three people working and not one asked if I wanted to order. I had to ask one of them if I could order then she said oh I didn’t realize you were there. Like what. Old, run down, not great. Nothing around but Starbucks.

the hotel is out dated for sure. The rooms don't have microwaves and the free breakfast does not provide any hot food. No gym. the room i was in was so small with no work area to set up a laptop.

It's the closest hotel outside the airport so convenient for an overnight before a flight. Quiet & a helpful staff. I've stayed at Hyatt Place several times & liked it. But the price has gone way up while the hotel has deteriorated. A worn out seat in the restaurant with the foam showing has been that way for months. The sheet on my bed was wrinkled as if dried in a wad, very strange. The breakfast sausages were stone cold. The shuttle driver drove like a mad man. Not deal breakers individually but altogether seems a distinct lack of care.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Very easy for us to get transportation to and from the airport for our trip. The room was very clean, quiet, and nice.

This hotel was so close to the car rental, we were able to turn our car the night before our flight. Hotel employee picked us up, and they took us straight to our termal the next morning. It made our trip seemless, and thank you amazing customer service!

The staff were very helpful, I don't know the ladies name that took our food order that evening but she was very accommodating. My son has a nut allergy and made sure his dining experience was safe as possible... The rooms were a little outdated. The usb power ports by the tv didn't work. There were no complementary drinking water in the room. Also no instructions on how to use the coffee machine or if the wash room water was safe to use in the kettle.

The woman I spoke with said that she could absolutely accommodate and waived the early check in charge due to our situation (canceled fight). She immediately sent the shuttle to the airport to pick us up, and we were at the hotel mere minutes later. Checking in was painless and quick, and the woman at the counter quickly booked our shuttle back to the airport for the next morning. If you're flying out of DFW, or if you have a canceled flight out of DFW, I highly recommend this hotel! It's clean, comfortable, and a great value. The customer service is top notch.

Great place to stay if you are flying from DFW. Very convenient, great rates, amenities that are useful such as room service and close to remote parking. They do offer airport parking but it was more expensive than the remote parking lot.

I’ve stayed in some of the cheapest hotels when I’ve had to book last minute and even they offered water. This place charges for everything. I will definitely not be staying there again.

We arrived from a late overnight flight to grab about six hours of sleep. The staff was friendly and informative, they served food late rooms were clean and comfortable. They made sure we were booked on the shuttle first thing in the morning and made sure to have a cup of coffee ready to go.

We loved our one night stay awaiting DFW departure. Very courteous and helpful staff that worked very well together. We will most certainly use this stay over the next time heading ot DFW.

Perfect location for an overnight transfer for the airport. The complimentary shuttle service was easy to use and a welcome bonus. Reception staff as well as shuttle staff very friendly and helpful. Clean and pleasant family room with lots of options for breakfast. A very pleasant stop over during a 27 hour journey from the UK.

From the moment we walked in until the moment we left the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Benny made great drinks and Kieth dropped us off right where we needed to go.

Location and room The kitchen staff were rude and yelled at my grandkids. They accidentally put their dirty dishes in the wrong place. One lady stood and stared at me while I was getting my coffee and said she needed to check the coffee. Very rude.

The only suggestion we have would be better quality and more selections of complimentary breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs and omelets taste a bit artificial. There was only meat item - pork sausages. Oatmeal and yogurt sections have very few toppings. The buffet area is also a bit small so can get crowded.

It is in a good location, and the facilities are pretty good. Breakfast is pretty good too, and the shuttle service to the airport is very convenient. It also has a restaurant where one can have a pretty good dinner and drinks. Upon arriving at the DFE airport, I called the 800 number (as per the instructions on my online reservation) to arrange the hotel shuttle van to pick us up and take us to the hotel. Unfortunately, after several attempts to get answers about my transportation request, I was told by a hotel assistant that I did not have a reservation, and she hung up on me. Since I had a copy of my confirmed reservation, I decided to take a taxi (fare: $ 40) to the hotel address, where the young woman at the registration desk found my reservation. After I explained to her the confusion with my reservation and my bad experience searching for a taxi to reach the place, she graciously acknowledged the problem. She gave us a voucher for a free dinner at the hotel restaurant. That was a nice way to respond to our ordeal, and I appreciated their apologies.

I feel they are overworked for everything that they do. Only two issues I have are out by the fireplace it smells like gas all the time and there is only warm water in the bath and it sounds like it’s going to break the whole hotel down when running hot water.

It was a really clean room. The internet was very reliable. The late check-out time was also an excellent option. I got to check out at 4pm! I don't feel like writing anymore and I hate that I had to write more to complete this. I don't feel like typing anything. I really don't like that you have set a minimum amount of feedback for people to complete this survey. I have survey fatigue from the constant amount of surveys I have to fill out and I didn't really want to fill out this one.

Minutes to arrive to pick us up, and then circled around and around the massive DFW airport for anothervhalf hour as the driver kept getting calls about other passengers, even though the hotel was only a 5 minute drive away.. When we checked in we told them we needed an 8 AM shuttle and they took our names and said you're set. Then an hour later they approached us in the restaurant and said the 8AAM van was full and offered alternatves at 7 AM or 8:45. We ended up calling an Uber. Very chaotic.

Even though we had to depart for the airport sooner than breakfast was ready we were able to get some juice, coffee, tea, and even fruit and yogurt. I had forgotten my charger cube and the front desk staff was kind enough to loan me a charger as well! 10/10 would stay again!

Very nice hotel, the staff are helpful and their transportation to and from the airport really comes in handy. We stayed twice on the way to a vacation and on the way back and both times the staff had been very nice and friendly. The food isn’t really in our favor but glad they have an open bar and options as well as coffee!

When I checked in, me and a few other guests had to wait 10 minutes before a clerk was available because the same clerk that checks you in was also the one acting as a waiter and taking orders at the hotel’s restaurant. I don’t know if they were understaffed at that specific time but I would recommend having a dedicated staff member at all times.

The hotel policy was 21 or older to check in and my son is 20. I attempted to cancel the reservation well in advance and Expedia told me that Hyatt would not cancel the room. Needless to say, I will never give my business to Hyatt again.

Our flight got cancelled at DFW so we were exhausted, frustrated and hungry. Staff was very friendly! They had a little diner type of restaurant. Food was fine, room was clean and shuttle was perfect. I would definitely recommend it for an airport hotel.

The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The staff members were friendly and accommodating. At one point during my stay, hotel housekeepers mistakenly removed our personal wine glasses from the room; when we brought it to the attention of the front desk, they took care of the issue immediately and returned the glasses. The property is clean and safe. And the hotel breakfast was delicious, with a nice variety of fresh options. I would recommend the Hyatt Place DFW to my friends and family as an outstanding place to stay.

I highly recommend this property for the great amenities and excellent level of service. I would like to specifically thank Mr. Keith & Ms. Anna that helped me get to the hotel and checked in quickly after I arrived at DFW after a long exhausting delay. They went above and beyond to help me and I truly appreciate it. The rooms are spacious and well maintained, and the shuttle service is wonderful. The breakfast spread is good and they also have items for those that need a "red eye breakfast." It's a perfect location for a layover at DFW with great hospitality.

The staff of friendly, helpful greets you coming & going. The rooms are large with plenty of nice features. The pool & workout room is amazing. The only complaint is the breakfast... onion in the eggs, no variety of options to choose instead of oatmeal or sausage... Same menu days in a roll... Could do better, plus room service menu options are helluva expensive for the frozen food served... $20 for 6 wings & fries or $15 for pizza. Otherwise, stay was enjoyable because of the activities in the area & restaurant.

The Hyatt Place DFW is definitely a 5* hotel. The General Manager, David Munoz, was warm welcoming, and I enjoyed meeting him. The concierge, Deborah, was friendly, professional and a breath of fresh air. I arrived early before my check-in time, and she immediately accommodated me with a room available. The room was very clean, peaceful, and upscale. Hyatt Place DFW has an airport shuttle (My driver, Jay, was great.) only minutes away from DFW Airport. It is perfect for travelers & vacationers. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Hyatt Place DFW.

So I reserved a car for the following morning and a shuttle ride for 7 AM. I was sitting on the shuttle waiting to go to the car rental and I thought I’ll check AA and see if there are any flights before 10 PM. There was a flight at 8:30am but I couldn’t book it online, I had to do it at the airport. I leaped off the shuttle, ran upstairs woke up my sleeping daughter told her to grab her stuff that we we had to get to the airport ASAP in hopes to get on this flight that leaves in an 1 1/2 hrs. Ran downstairs and the shuttle had already left. Went to the front desk asked when the next shuttle was and explained the situation and then an angel appeared! Mr. Keith Keeter, he said let me go get the other shuttle and I’ll get you there!! He did and we made it home!

Wow!! There aren’t enough complimentary words in the world to describe our stay. From check in to check out our experience was amazing! The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. Whenever we return to Dallas this will be our hotel of choice!

Staff very accommodating and friendly. Decent breakfast. Easy parking and access to main roads and airport. Departing planes can be loud at night but still manageable enough to sleep. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent service and clean property

Shuttle drivers were very kind, courteous, efficient and very professional! All staff was wonderful and check in was easy. Food from the kitchen was delicious!

Great pick up at the airport & then driver checked us in. So smooth. Breakfast was tasty, and am driver was organized, efficient, informative and helpful and getting to the airport is a breeze!

We enjoyed our stay. We ordered pizza and fries from the kitchen & They were delicious. The pool was refreshing. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was accommodating and pleasant.

I arrived late but the desk clerk gave me instructions where to get the shuttle. Shuttle driver waited for me. Shuttle prompt in the morning. Courtesy breakfast nice. I liked the bed because they had smaller, soft pillows and several to choose from. Usually in hotels the pillows are too firm and too large Building was quiet.

The property is beautiful and well kept. The staff we encountered were friendly. The elevator was roomy and clean. The pool and fitness room were well maintained. Breakfast was average, nothing fancy. Our room was immaculate and very comfortable. The beds and pillows were soft, the room temperature was perfect, and the tv worked. There were plenty of amenities and room for my family. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future.

We were stranded due to cancelled flight and booked this hotel because it was nearby and had a shuttle. It also had great staff, amazing beds that we crashed in after our family of five (kids 17,15,4) slept in the Los Angeles airport the night before. The staff was truly amazing and we really had a great stay given all our travel complications.

Everyone at this facility had a real focus on customer service from checking in to the drive to the gentleman driving the shuttle to take me to the airport for my flight.

Good option if you need to stay overnight at DFW. Reliable shuttle to terminals and comfortable beds.

The staff was very friendly and I felt good. It was also nice that the airport shuttle was free if you reserve it in advance.

The Air Conditioning was Out of Order and The Room was Miserably Hot and Humid.

Book this hotel because it was close to a business appointment. The room that was booked was a combination of car and hotel, which was $150 the first room I was put in smelt so bad it smelled like sewer back up the front desk. Explain to me that they have a lot of tradesmen that book out at this hotel and she apologized and put me on a different floor with a better Smelling cleaner room.

Have stayed three times (six plus nights) for business. Always a pleasure - facilities are just what you need and the staff are great every time. Super convenient to airport too.

The staff is always friendly.

Pro tip, the hotel is a short lit safe walk from the car rental center. Taking a bus there and walking was much faster.

We loved the very friendly staff, check in was so quick and easy, and we especially loved the breakfast. I was with my family of five and us girls slept great on the very comfortable beds. My husband didn’t love the pull out couch but we were only there for one night so no big deal. Highly recommend this hotel, if we’re ever back in the area, we will definitely be back! Not sure what reason was but room was hot from the time we got there until probably 3am. Set to 66 and was 74 for majority of that time. Staff was friendly. Overall not impressed probably wouldn’t stay again.
