Worst hotel experience I've ever had.

Room was dirty sheets wasn't wash correctly and the restroom ws dirty

Paid a $20 refundable deposit, never got it back. Hotel was super dirty and staff was rude!

they don’t serve breakfast in the location, was ducked off in the ghetto The front Manager had an attitude and was throwing my stuff. The rooms were dirty and covered and roaches sinks weren’t clean toilets were nasty. The tub was nasty.

Omg this place did not look like the pics at all. This place needs to be torn down and rebuilt it’s very dated and has that old moldy smell. Then it’s in a sketchy part of town and gotta shady looking people hanging around and just didn’t feel safe.

The only problem with this was the outside looked shady. Not inviting or welcome. But the biggest problem was the bed. It was so uncomfortable I slept on the floor half the night. Other than that it was terrific.

Bed bugs are there and smelly rooms and untidy space and staircase.

This time around I was in. Non smoking room much better than previous stay. Could not use Television due to remote not working. Staff could be a little more friendly. Because you use apps to book online at a discounted rate when you get to the hotel they charge you. Extra for a deposit which is refundable.but also an extra service fee. I was booked from Saturday until Tuesday by someone else. When I reserved for and extra day. I was told in order to keep same room I would have to pay $ 20 extra. So was made to check out wait until 3pm to check back in and into the same room which did not make sense at all. The hotel is in a quiet area I can say that. It serves the purpose of a place to lay your head if you don't have a place to stay.

Property definitely needs remodeling but it’s $50 a night you get what you pay for. It’s like a motel in my opinion, this place is definitely a last minute place to get ready for an event or just to stay overnight but I wouldn’t stay here multiple nights

The water smelled terrible, the wifi was hit or miss if it was going to be working, the main office was in terrible condition and the vending machines had out of date food and not drinkable sodas, the cans were caving in on the soda in the vending machine, I wouldn't trust the microwave they had in the office for anything, there was 1 tiny trashcan in the whole room, the bathroom door was broken and wouldn't shut all the way and the door handle you could see thru a big hole around it, the latch on the front door was broken, highly DO NOT RECOMMEND very terrible place the only good thing they have is the fact that its cheap. Never again will I ever stay at a dallas love in my life. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE TERRIBLE PLACE!!!!!!!!!

The pictures were inaccurate. They were obviously from previous owners u see a different brand. The room was pretty clean, but there was just a thin sheet on the bed. No way to adjust the a/c. I’m glad I was just there for one night. I would never stay at this property again

Every time I come to this hotel, it’s always such a pleasant experience. The staff is very kind and the people and meet at the hotel are very kind as well. The rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The parking is always safe and there’s always good spots available. The air conditioning always worked very well. It’s always a pleasant surprise every time I come thank you very much Dallas Lovefield in staff and Hotels.com for making the reservation and I’m the real person. This isn’t some paid review.

The property needs a lot of work. The main light to my room did not work. The restroom needs an upgrade. It was OK for what I needed. I just needed a place to check in late, get a quick rest, then leave the next day.

It had working AC and a roof over my head Everything. It was nasty and gross. There wasnt any bug so there's a plus. The bathroom door was very jacked up and interesting. The sink water smelled like sewer, I suggest brushing your teeth in the shower. The room smelled like cigarettes, weed and sewer shit.

Nothing this place is a drug den and should be condemned may be human trafficking present. We did stay here! Like I said people tweaking in the parking lot when we arrived what a horrible experience!!

The location was great quiet and secluded no high traffic or noise. The only problem was the bedding was not clean stained linen and a couple of roaches. I asked for a bottom floor room and was told all were taken. Which i think it was about 60 bottom rooms and it didnt seem to be that many guests overall throughout the stay. There was afridge in the room but no microwave.Overall it was decent for the price from Hotels.com, Especially if you have no where to stay.

Reason we wanted that place looks and the people staying was like a half way house. There happened to be a local police officer in the parking we asked if it was a safe place to stay he said he wouldn’t have his worst enemy stay there we left took the hit on being charged the money without staying. So the window was so bad that you had to speak to the person behind the glass through a little tray where they take your ID and your credit card. I’m not sure why Booking.com even has them as a place to stay, but I knew the price was too good to be true.

This location was terrible, roaches crawling on the bed, we had to pay 5 dollars for an extra key, the card kept getting inactive. There was a mildew smell in the sink area. I had to keep going to the office to get key card to work. It was very inconvenient for me. One worker there was rude.

It had roaches, that heat did not work. I was cold all night. They came in and said it were work in 15 minutes and it never did. It had mold in the bathroom on the wall, the bathtub had a hole in it and it had a mat to cover it. The whole experience was horrible.

The room felt very dingy and unclean. There was grease on one of the beds, which was very concerning. The bathroom was in poor condition and did not feel properly cleaned. Overall, I was very disappointed with the room. I stayed because I didn’t have other options at the time, but the experience was not pleasant.

It’s a former Red Roof now Roach Motel. The management are Indian and I believe they think they are superior to other people especially people of color. Toilet seat broken, mattress worn out.

It was a super easy check in they just took my passport then handed it back, deposit was $21 cash and I got it back next day. The guy at the front seat was not very friendly but then again there was drug dealers and hookers walking in and out of doors. Cops showed up the minute after I checked in. We were there just to sleep for the night so it was quiet enough to do that. Room was clean but only 2 towels and one wash cloth. Cigarette burns on the beds and comforters.

Black dirt caked onto the filter of the AC ( I had to scrape if off before I could wash the filter) and it took 30 minutes to clean it so that it was decent. And, I bought RAID to spray the room - twice during my stay.

Forget that it is close to Love Field and SW Airlines. Here, you really DO GET what you pay for - yuk! No bargins here and the aggravation made it worst! Vending machine with water and Gatorade in NOT REFRIGERATED and folks use their hands to get ice out of their ice machine next to the nastiest microwave I have ever seen. The smoke detector did not work either. It was really horrible! Awful. Bad. And it stinks...no really. The customer service number provided in email has as area code from Puerto Rico and does not work. Save yourself the trouble unless you’re desperate.

I was given one small trash can for use, so when it overfilled i had to walk downstairs to dispose my trash. The microwave was dirty on the inside. The towels were stained. Rooms are clean but ours had roaches. Front desk staff are rude and very unprofessional and not very helpful when you ask a question or have concerns. They just want to make an argument so you'll be quiet and go away.

All in all I know it sounds unhygienic but in all fairness I paid around $60 per night trying to save a bit on somewhere close to downtown where we were only sleeping at. There were no bedbugs and that’s the main takeaway.

Where to begin first off the photos in the app are all fake, this place looks nothing like the photos do. The bed it self looks like it's been here for over 50 years not cushion or anything and a hole on the side. The shower it self looks like they paid some crackhead to fix it or just did a poor job themselves in fixing it. In the room there are no refrigerators not chairs to seat at the desk they have. The locks to protect you from outsiders coming in are a joke, they are falling off on their own. The restroom door doesn't close. We ended up going to a nicer place.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. It was nothing like what was advertised — completely misleading. The area felt unsafe, with suspicious activity happening all around the property. There were random people loitering and what appeared to be homeless individuals hanging around, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the staff was completely unhelpful. We tried calling multiple times for assistance, and no one answered the phone. There was no sense of security or professionalism from the management at all. We requested a refund and left the property. Overall, I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid this place. It was one of the worst lodging experiences I’ve ever had.

1st night was okay and 2nd night I stepped out of the shower to a puddle of water. It reached all the way to my bed. Asked for either a few more hrs to sleep or change us rooms. We didn't receive either. Really disappointed!

Feels very unsafe. Locks on doors broken.

Still have yet to receive a refund from this hell hole. Horribly dark and overrun with active drug dealing, prostitution and hidden fees. Turned away a domestic violence survivor and refused to issue refund despite never being able to check in. These people are horrific and so are Dallas Police for letting this stay open. Never again

Room i stayed in was clean but the sink and tub could be replace. After dark gets little scary outside. But in all i would stay again if price is right.

The staff are rude, even the manager. They have issues with the addicts around the property, and carry the same attitude when dealing with respectable customers. Courtesy to those who present themselves in a respectful way doesn't cost you anything!

I didn't like the fact that we killed several roaches in our room. That truly makes it unsanitary especially if you have children in the room

Seedy area, but mostly just people trying to do their own thing. Made the mistake of trusting that the AC would do anything against the poor ventilation and heat. Had to put my faith in the one remaining lock of two (It had been ripped out of the door). Cleanliness was disgusting. Cigarette holes and burns everywhere, butts in the sink, toilet paper stuck to the wall with urine, etc.

I didn’t like anything about this place. And they make you pay a $2 service fee and a $20 deposit of which they mentioned nothing about online when booking. I should’ve checked the reviews online first. Advice: Pay with cash if you can (that is, if you must really stay there). They told me I’ll get my money in 5-10 business days. Hopefully, it shows in my account. I chose non smoking room but I could smell smoke in the room. I thought it was a mistake so I went back to the guy at the service desk if there was a mistake. He says no and took me to another room which was worse so I ended up having to compromise with the first room. There area doesn’t feel safe and the place is dirty. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Toilet seat was barely hanging on. Shower had a weird floor to it. The TV had a remote that wouldn’t work because the tv was a Roku and remote definitely wasn’t a Roku. Batteries were fine yet wouldn’t change the channel or volume. Had to physically tune the tv on at the tv. No mini fridge. If you only need a bed to sleep—this is the place and that was all I was in need of.

The description and picture is a lie. The area is so unsafe there are drunks and crackheads walking around the property. When I asked for a refund they told me to call hotels.com and they told me to talk to the hotel. The lady before me did the same and it was a whole back and forth process.

The rooms were dirty, with broken mattresses, a strong cigarette smell, and a completely neglected environment. The bathroom was the worst part: • The faucet was broken and leaking • The bathroom lock didn’t work • The toilet was filthy • The bathtub had mold The hotel facilities are extremely old and poorly maintained. Outside, there were homeless people hanging around the stairways, which made me feel very unsafe. The customer service was rude and aggressive, and to top it off, I was charged an extra fee that was not refunded, with no clear explanation. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. What they show in the photos is completely false. I hope this review helps others avoid a terrible experience.

Horrible and broken down. I left to find another place and didn’t even try to get my money back. There were crack heads outside my room. The room was flooded with semester when I walked in. The manager was incompetent and had no business being in charge of a hotel or management period of anything. Run down establishment that two other people were disgusted with besides me when I left. Any coming to that city would want to simply leave. I left to go to a place outside the city about thirty miles away. Stayed there three days. I will never go back to that city unless I’m dying or there is no place else left to go on the planet. Disgusting and horrible experience!

The room itself wasn’t bad, what was bad was the service. The overnight person was just the rudest person I’ve ever encountered my whole life. I just don’t understand how they can be so rude to the guest. At the end of the day we (the paying guest) are basically who pay them. They should really retrain there staff.

It was absolutely disgusting! It looked like the room hadn't even been cleaned. There were cigarette burns all over the side of the shower. Roaches!!! There were condoms in the drawer, cigarette burns in the blankets and sheets, trash on the floor etc. The mattress was so uncomfortable I felt the springs poking my ribs! We had to step over a lady on the balcony to get to our room. She was sitting on the floor with her drugs in her lap! Not a safe place to stay by yourself or with kids! Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

This is the worse place I stayed. A lot of illegal activities. When I try to get out they were trying to charge me extra and they didn’t want to give back my deposit.

There were pimps hanging out outside the room, people were blasting music super loud all night, and there was a dying puppy on the side of the building where some hookers were hanging out, room itself was messy with stains on the carpet and the curtain wouldn't fully close and people were looking into the room all night and hanging out directly outside. We got stuck waiting for our rental vehicle in the middle of the night. We showed up for our reservation, and were turned away because it was after 4am. They said all un checked in reservations at 4am automatically canceled. But we were there and wanted our room. They said no. They wouldn’t even let us set up a new reservation. They said we would get our money back. Well, we never did. Expedia reached out to them and basically told us no. We showed up, they turned us away and then kept our money. Horrible place.

The bathroom needs to be remodeled. The walls need to be re-painted. The fire alarm was beeping , a guy came and took and never put a new one. No mirror by the vanity.

In this hotel is the cheapest in the area, and for good reason. The hotel is conveniently located, but reeks of secondhand smoke and trash littered around. I only stay here when my budget demands extra frugality. The staff are unhelpful and the photos are totally deceptive.

I book my room on the property and when I arrive I got my room but I was giving a room that was already occupied by another significant other and when I approached the door to open me and my famil almost got shot by the man who was in the room. And when I went to the office the manager didn’t believe it until the guy in the room came and said the security office that the office manager sent the room 143 he pull a gun on the guy and his kids was in the room I will never book another room from this place again and at night time roaches comes out and during my last night stay, I woke up to No power in the room at 3:40 in the morning. I hated this stay I wanted my money back cause this was a horrible stay and experience for me

I never stay there, I was trying to do a checking and the person in there wasn’t able to find my room so he has to call somebody and I wait for 15 with no answer., so I ask for my Id and leave because the surrounding was very unsafe and the property wasn’t look as the pictures in the app. So I didn’t stayed.

Please do not stay here unless you are homeless. These rooms are DIRTY, the floors were disgusting and unkept. The toilet made a weird sound after flushing and my husband had to fix it so it could stop making noise. I’m thankful we did not see any roaches. You get what you pay for. The price matches the aesthetic.
