Overall a great stay, but with mixed feelings. The one-bedroom on the second floor felt a bit humid, and it was noisy. I moved to the upper floor penthouse, and it was a completely different experience — much more spacious, airy, and enjoyable.

Its closer to the beach and a lot of eateries around. The vibe is really good around the property. Clean rooms and well lit. Thought it was called as a two bedroom apartment, there was only one bathroom to use - It killed my purpose of the 2bedroom booking. Almost all the staffs were rigid and grumpy, though they sounded pleasant via chats. There was absolutely no consideration for any of our requests and continued to demonstrate that they play by the rule books only. They did even allow a few hours of extension - 30 minutes was what we got.

Just love this place. Well designed with smart details. Rooms are cozy and big. The location is just superb. Literally everything everything is close by beach, restaurants like Italian, Mexican, Chinese. Also bars massages and coffee places. I already booked my next visit.

The location alone would give it ten stars but on top of that is the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms and the fantastic staff I couldn’t stay longer as it was sold out

I really appreciated they gave us a 10th floor apartment with both city and ocean view for our 5-night stay. Location is really good although some places around can be a little touristy but it's pretty close to the beach. We enjoyed the rooftop pool to ourselves with our 3 year old. Communication through Whatsapp was really easy, we barely went through reception floor.

there was a spot on the wall, maybe because of some leak and the spot looked pretty old. It spoiled common impression from the apartment. This is the only problem I can mention.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was well equipped with everything you could need. Particularly appreciated the filtered water dispenser. The hotel staff on level 1 were consistently fantastic. Could not do enough to help with any enquiry. The daily clean of room was always appreciated. Was a little worried the shower floor was slippery. We continued to take care during our visit and had no problems.

super clean comfortable and fully equipped. I really appreciate the attention to detail the smell the furniture shampoo ,body wash and bathtub ! Even laundry detergent is provided. They were very helpful allowing me to check in They respond quickly via WhatsApp. The place is quiet and comfortable☺️ Nothing

Staff at Livie were super responsive to any requests or giving information via WhatsApp. Super great having the filtered water in the kitchen area of the unit. Location was great for food and shopping supplies and a short walk to the beach where everyone is exercising. Great sized fridge for the unit too. It was all great.

The room was quite spacious, talking about the balconies provided it was really helpful, asides the bathroom was nice The bathtub was not working though it was pretty , at the same time the AC for one room was not working.

The premises were very new, very clean and beautiful. It was exactly like the photos. We felt very comfortable during our stay, we didn’t want to leave! ? We loved how close it is from the beach, restaurants and places to go out at night. We truly loved our stay and would go back if we go to Da Nang again ☺️ Nothing, everything was perfect!

Loved the location right in the heart of it all, and a short walk to the beach. Staff were friendly and easy to communicate with. Roof top pool was great. It was good to have filtered water in the room. Don't have anything we didn't like.
