Dirty. When i arrived there were clipped nails and hair on the balcony and some shaving leftover in the bathroom.

The Receptionist was very welcoming, nice and helpful. I think it's ok for a night or two but it was old broken a bit dirty and very humid..

Very soft bed linen and soft pillows, pleasant to the touch. The room was dirty. The window that she had just looked at the wall. And before that, as I rented the room, I asked if there was a window there, they told me, there was a window. But the window just looked at the wall, and there was absolutely no light or sunlight either.

The room had a small balcony and big windows that could be opened Reception staff not friendly or efficient, making my check-in experience very unpleasant. The room was not very clean and the drainage in the bathroom was terrible.

Location 1) after arriving to the hotel they said they don’t have one more room for us (we booked 2 rooms and they approved it) 2) after they said they have only one clean room for us and no one will clean other rooms. We were 3 persons for one double room. 3) in our rom air conditioner didn’t work and they suggest us another dirty room with full of trash in the room and bathroom. The bedding was dirty and they are trying to convince that the beds were clean though there were a lot of dark hairs on it and the floor was full of sand and hairs

The sheets and towels were clean. The location is pretty ideal if you want to be in the tourist area. The hotel was relatively quiet despite being on a busy crossroads. If they fixed the problems listed, then it could be a decent room. Compared to other hotels in Da Nang in the same price point, this one is in desperate need of maintenance and a deep clean. The air-conditioner, the bathroom exhaust fan, the window sill and the blinds were very dirty. The floor wasn't good enough either. The window looked directly into another building and was covered in a decal so there was not much natural light. The wifi dropped out pretty regularly. The TV screen was damaged. The bathroom door was warped and couldn't close. And to top it off, a staff member entered my room without knocking one afternoon. They claimed it was a mistake, as their system said the room was supposed to be empty, which is probably true, but still not great.

The place was so cozy and good located so I extended my stay several times, the girls at the reception were amazingly friendly and helpful so highly recommend :)

Best place to stay in Da Nang. The staff is super helpful and cordial. 'Hien' was super helpful from day-1. We rented scooters from the hotel itself and also went for a hot stone massage session at the babylon spa which is situated in the hotel itself(highly rated, super professional staff). Would recommend 10/10 for the price tag it is coming at.

The staff were very friendly. the location is great.. the price was very good... The room was ok, but not very clean... when checking out they asked us to wait while they checked the room, which seemed a bit rude... Do they imply we steal or trash the room.. strange... We did not wait as we were in a hurry... :D The front of the hotel is not as beautiful an in the Photos... It's all changed... They should update the photos...
