Nice wooden design of the room. Clean swimming pool. There were many problems - I didn't get the room I booked (no corner terrace but only one sided with ugly view, no sofa, dead plants instead of the beautiful green garden from the photo). Loud construction noise - many problems with the room: terrace flooded and unusable when it rains, bathroom flooded after 3 min shower, toilet behind shower, also flooded after shower. non existant sound insulation: open whole through the bamboo celling that let's even light (!!) through from the neighboring room, can hear every word. - staff did not react to my complaint, just fake smiles. Manager is unreachable ("he's busy") - despite all this I was forced to pay 95 VND for a simple broken water glass

Well located hotel a few minutes walk from the beach and the "walking streets". The room was large and clean with a lovely balcony overlooking the street. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I found the bed pretty hard but the pillows were lovely. But hard beds might suit some! Could hear the people talking in the room next door pretty clearly but really, that was no problem. Might have been if they were partying.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was super clean and had good facilities, great air conditioning, and the bar made tasty drinks (cocktails, juice, and coffee). The location was superb, lots of lovely cafes, bars, massage and food. unfortunately the because the hotel was so new, the pool wasn't ready yet, and the bed wasn't too bad but was very firm.
