The staff is friendly and it's a good location off I-80 and near restuarants. Breakfast is okay but other hotels have been better. It's overly dog friendly (do-do on the floor). TV didn't work so staff moved us to another room.

Very big king room with sofa. Hot breakfast with entree changed each day along with waffles. They were doing some renovations but no real inconvenience. Over priced but that was probably because of the college World Series.
-
When we got there they were in construction, in some parts of the hotel, and it was a little messy. From my perspective the hotel should close if they are doing something like this so when we get there everything is clean and comfortable for us. The rest was perfect.

No pude dormir por tanto ruido y mi puerta no cerraba completamente, aparte el colchon, estaba muy aguado.... no desc. ansé

Room was cleaned daily, everything worked properly, staff was always attentive and helpful, and the area was very convenient.

The trash cans were overflowing outside. There was no place to walk your dogs. If you have a pet friendly place you should have somewhere for the dogs to use the bathroom.

Good air conditioning in the room. Helpful staff

Great breakfast. Clean room

The rooms really need updated. Bathrooms were really bad.

How big the room is, the outside of the property is maintained nicely outside. I didn’t like that the property was being used essentially as a cheap run down motel, drunk residents wandering halls and outside with their pets and beer cans, they clearly live there. It’s a great place with great value but that shouldn’t mean to just let people live there and run it down. It should not be an apartment alternative.

I was surprised to see there wasn’t a fitness center. The pool water was very murky.

It was in a nice part of town. Mold in our bathroom, went to the front desk multiple times cause our TV’s wouldn’t work.

Very clean place, comfortable beds, very warm pool wish they had a hot tub but made up for it with a warm pool and had there pool towels stocked up most of the time I go to a hotel with a pool they never have there towels stocked. Id definitely stay here again, staff were super friendly and helpful ! Was noisey with interstate and hotel rooms which im sorry cause I know my daughter was extremely tired and was crying when I had to step out of my room to get something out if my car and she want her mom and not dad and I could hear her 3 doors down by the elevator. And very great breakfast !

Mostly everything Ice maker did not work and less creaking bed
-
Clean, comfortable and the staff was very nice and attentive.
-
Was over priced anyway for a very vacant hotel in a Crappy neighborhood with crappy scenery on a Wednesday night

Definitely not worth the money. Paid over $400 for a two night stay for the family “suite” the pictures had to be from back when they first opened because the place was very run down and unkept. Needs numerous repairs. Wasn’t even close to the suite pictures listed on the site. Entire room very dirty hair hanging from the curtain rod and all over the bathtub tub felt slimy ended up having my kids stand in there and used a cup to wash their bodies quickly we got there very late and they were exhausted. Next day got cleaning supplies cleaned myself. The toilet seat alone looked like they took it from an abandoned home with years of water damage and possibly set on flames. There was so much traffic some people I don’t even think we’re staying there. The pool was tiny and packed and looked grimey. The floors and walls have tons of water damage. Bedding had pee stains and cig burns. Dogs barking all hours kids teenagers running screaming down the halls slamming doors and cussing for hours on end into the late night hours called and complained and they never handled it it just kept continuing for hours after complaints were made couldnt sleep and than the front desk did staff change over and they called me around 1am and asked about me having children in the room and receiving complaints and accusing me of being the party that was actually a couple rooms down when they finally realized they were just like oh sorry. Ruined a good portion of our vacation don’t recommend staying
