I saw bedbugs or ticks in my room, making my stay very uncomfortable. The staff is incredibly nice. The maid cleaned my room and freshened everything after only one night. The building has definitely seen better days. It is probably time to knock it down and start from scratch unfortunately. Especially while you have such great staff to maintain it.

Front desk lady was awesome. Wished we could have used hot tub longer

The hot tub didn’t work. Let me rephrase that. There wasn’t any place to turn the jets on. I went to the front desk and asked how to turn it on. She said “it’s a hot tub, not a Jacuzzi” I said “it doesn’t have jets(clearly it does) and she said it needs parts. So basically a warm pool of water in the same area as the pool. A little disappointing.

For an older hotel, it was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very convenient to the interstate. The breakfast had a better variety than other hotels we have stayed at. We'd stay again!

Check in was quick and easy. I didn’t get her name but she was very sweet.
-
The staff was helpful, courteous and professional. I have no complaints about our room. We were happy with our stay.

Room was a bit dirty. Hair in the bathtub and on the sheets. Was too exhausted from a long road trip to care, but wanted to mention it as others may be grossed out.

The king suite with sofa sleeper room was our room. The mattress on the sofa sleeper has obviously never been replaced but was extremely well used. If you are going to advertise the room as having a sofa sleeper you need to replace the mattresses or just advertise it as a king room with sofa.

The location of the hotel was very convenient and easy to get to from the interstate. Our room was upgraded (bonus!) when we arrived and the king size bed was very comfortable. I slept really great, which is rare when I'm away from home. The staff was very friendly and greeted us with smiles at every encounter. The shower had great water pressure and the lavender eucalyptus shampoo smelled amazing. I will definitely stay here again. Just being nit picky; there were cracks in the tile, scratches on the paint, bad remodel work with some of the lighting and plug-ins, and the location of some of the light switches was strange. Also, they didn't take cash for the "pantry" items, so my card was charged for a soda. But honestly, these things didn't keep me from enjoying our quick stay.

This building should be demolished. Very old and room was really bad. We couldn’t wait to get out of there. Very disappointing. We have stayed at other new or newer Fairfield Inn but this one was bad.

Good breakfast, nice pool and good hot hot tub, great location
-
Outdated, not worth the cost
-
How old it really is versus the only line / website appearance, entire building smelt funky

We enjoyed a wonderful and quiet stay here. The bed was comfortable, room was spacious and the free breakfast was great. Close to so many places for food, enertainment, etc.

BED BUGS!!! The hotel was overall a bit run down. It is an old building with some lipstick slapped on. Our shower had hair in it. Poor workmanship with silicon slathered everywhere in the bathroom. It was bearable until we settled in to watch tv and a bug crawled across my shirt. We pulled the mattress cover back to reveal several bed bugs. The staff didn’t seem too bothered to care; just a surface level apology. The only positive was the pool area prior to this nightmare beginning. It is nice and clean.
