Western Inn

The towels were soiled in our sons' room, the curtains were torn and my son said he saw a rodent scurrying when he was using the facilities.

Do not stay here. I repeat, do not stay here. We got into Omaha at midnight and had a baseball tournament game at 8am, so we only stayed in the hotel for 5 hours, and that was too long. The smell on first entering the hotel is HORRIBLE! Room is run down. Furniture in terrible condition. Bedding is stained and falling apart. AC barely worked and it wasn't even a hot day. Pool was closed. I used the breakfast in the morning, and waffle mix might as well been water. At least they had cereal and bagels with immitation cream cheese and jelly. Milk was just a gallon container they got from the store. Coffee was horrible. Only saving grace is that I only paid $60 for the night.

Not a clean room, no AC working, bed had bugs.

We checked in and the front desk manager informed us that our keycards wouldn't work for the doors and so they would need to let us into our rooms with their key. When asked what we'd do if we needed to leave our room, the reply was, "Why would you leave your room tonight?". Our room was very disgusting. The carpet had stains all over it and if you stood in one place too long, your shoe would peel up when you lifted it. The A/C unit was broken and duct tape was used to hold open the vent cover. The fridge was also broken. There were 2 sinks in the room, one of them didn't work but just had a slow drip all night long. The toilet had not been cleaned from the previous stay as there was urine all over the seat. This was a room for 4 people and they only gave us 2 towels and 2 bottles of conditioner, no shampoo. The room had no shower curtain so that left a watery mess all over the floor. Breakfast was scarce, but we did show up 30 min before it was over, so I don't blame it too badly. The juice machines didn't work. All in all it was a very unpleasant stay and I definitely wouldn't stay here again.

Room needs serious repair. A/C didn't work properly. Fridge didn't work. Wall around A/C needs repair. Could not get into room with key because evidently battery was dead and they had no spare batteries. Had to have staff let me in every time I left and returned. Entire property needs serious maintenance and remodeling. I am not a picky person, but I will not stay here again.

dirty and stains on furniture

Many things in room were broke or not functioning especially in the bathroom. Almost no staff in the hotel including no one at the front desk to relay problems

We arrived and the lobby was dirty. The upstairs reeked of pot (illegal in this state). We got our room to realize the door wouldn’t lock and the toilet wouldn’t flush. They quickly gave us a different room. At breakfast, there were beetles crawling in the toast and bagels case. Their food serving certificates on the wall were expired. They never cleaned our rooms. Definitely will not be returning to this hotel.

My ac was broken and he gave me a fan. The room he offered to switch with me wasn’t even made up and there was a hole punched in the wall

If it wasn't due to the fact that all the hotels nearby were sold out, we would've booked elsewhere. The floors were disgusting like they hadn't even been vacuumed, ac wouldn't work, windows were leaking during storm. I never leave reviews but definitely needed to, to forewarn other travelers. There was poop outside on of the rooms that I booked for my family that had been there for days. Overall terrible. I even bought bedsheets at Walmart to put over the beds because I didn't feel comfortable that the sheets were any clean. The ac had mold in it. The towel to put down in one bedroom was super stained and gross. Do not recommend and hopefully I get a refund or partial refund.

Upon entering the room noticed the AC was running but temp was probably in the 80s. The thermostat was set to 65 but it was not cooling the room. Found the smoke detector laying on the dresser, one bed had stains on the bedspread and the bathroom did not look very clean. The room was dated and had a musty smell. The hotel staff refunded our money and we left.

It’s a roach motel with a meth lab looking rv in the parking lot. We didn’t stay, looked at a room and got the hell out of there

This was the worst hotel experience I've had in a long time. When we first arrived, the room was dirty. There was dirt and hair all over the bedding. The bathroom had trash on the counter, and the sink had hair and what looked like soda residue in it. There was something that looked like jelly on one of the walls and water damage on the ceiling. We could deal with all of that, but after being there for a couple of hours, we started seeing bedbugs. That is something that we will not just deal with, so we immediately packed up and left. The hotel refused to give us a refund because we were there long enough that they couldn't rent the room to anyone else.
