The rooms are very primitive. Even There wasn’t a bottle of water.

The check-in process was complicated, and the hotel is in urgent need of an update as the room was heavily worn. The staff was not particularly friendly. The breakfast was very basic, with no vegetables. The only positive aspect was the clean bed linen.

convenient location Furry crawling and multiple flying insects in the bathroom and shower. The room was ice cold upon initial entering. Shower area had mildew. The front staffs should not make rude comments about other guests assuming that the guests behind them don't speak Spanish.

Excellent hotel for the price. The staff although not particulaly friendly, is extremely professional and, Know their job very well. The breakfast for $E12.00 is excellent. You will be up and ready for the day without an additional stop for breakfast. Check out time at 12 noon is very convenient. More convenient yet, you can extend the stay for a couple of hours for just $20. I can not think of anything I really disliked.

When we get there, there's no shampoo and the soap dispenser is totally empty in the sink and shower area. I requested for the top floor but not available and gave me the lowest floor instead?

Good facilities, and pretty clean. The location might not be the best, as the closest metro station is around a 15 minutes walk away.

Noisy (traffic all day and night) and air conditioning did not work.

The rooms are spacious. The location is bit far from the city. However, there is a metro that is only 10mins walk from the hotel. From the metro it will take around 20-30mins travel to the city proper. There is a big mall which is 10mins walk away and a petrol station just beside the hotel. The staff are very helpful as well.

We chose this location because it was 10 minutes from the airport on our return trip. As it turned out, the neighborhood was also pleasant with a number of restaurants and a large park nearby with safe walking even after dark. Accessing for check in and parking was behind gates without explicit explanation as to how to navigate those in advance. There is a very limited amount of parking at the hotel. We were lucky to get a space. There is paid parking nearby perhaps a block or two away as an alternative.

The bed was very uncomfortable, it felt like springs were piercing your back.

15 minutes to airport, taxi 30 euro, metro near by. AC is OK. Service was fine. Basic hotel, so the price to quality ratio isn't good. No food or amenities in the front vending machine. Room smelled stuffy, doors close very fast and room cards need a few tries to work. Our window didn't close, so night traffic was noisy.

Excellent location for rcde stadium, shopping mall, tram into Barcelona 10 min walk. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Rooms tired but wasn't n issue for us. Bar shut all day Sunday which is odd for a hotel so couldn't get coffee or refreshments in afternoon to sit on terrace. Garage across road but not the same. Would stay again for location price and staff.

I issued a complaint that you didnt answer. Mosquitos and other flying insects on the room, window broken, lots of noise from the road, door lockers didnt work properly. I couldn’t rest. Asked for a refund and am still waiting!

Nice clean room My roommate feels out the shower. She slipped on the floor towels, getting out. They need to put something better down there that doesn't slide. She wretched her knee.
