I loved the design and the breakfast was great. Also thanks for the water machines. We stayed for one night only, arrived late. Many families with kids. The hotel is in somewhat remote location but it is ok, especially if you travel by car - a walk would required if you use public transport. I especially want to note design in lobby - many places you want to make a photo. Rooms are just enough to sleep in. But there are lot of common areas if you have time to spend. I think there may be nowere to go around so think about your transportation.

Me gusto todo excelente atencion

ac did not work and properly needed update carpet is old with stain and lobby area ceiling has crack all over.

The reception area is a bit weird - just a table right in front of the entrance doors that looked like another table in the restaurant. It's something we didn't expect, but was not a problem at all.

This hotel is misleading its customer. The room size is not more than 100 sqft, very small, not even a good fit for 2 people. ON top, AC/heating are not working. When I asked what happened to the AC/heating, they said, they are working & fixning in progress. There is no swimming pool even though they posted nice picture online. But the Pool is in process of getting done. Here you go again, another misleading. This is not a hotel, I would say, its a hostel for a single person & yet they are charging heavy nightly price on it. Very sad and complete misleading. Breakfast was good.

I missed my connecting flight and I needed a nice hotel near the airport. Novotel was a good choice. 5 minutes drive, sound proof windows, relatively big rooms, clean hotel. The breakfast was nice, the staff was friendly. The area has some nice bars and restaurants and a big department store.

Plenty of games, fun, bar and great restaurant at the lobby area for all the family.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was huge with a comfy bed and bathtub! Area was quiet and safe and taxis were waiting right outside door. Breakfast selection was exceptional. I had trouble making the temperature cooler in the room, however, I was able to open the window.

​ I experienced an error while attempting my initial reservation on Booking.com. Upon re-booking, I inadvertently selected a twin room rather than the single queen bed I had intended, despite both being offered at the same price point. I contacted the hotel directly, and the staff were helpful in offering an upgrade, for which I paid the difference. This resolution was appreciated. The main issue, however, was with the bedding in the upgraded room. The room provided was a combination of two twin beds pushed together to form a double. This arrangement was highly uncomfortable for two guests. I was disappointed that the "upgrade" did not provide a proper, comfortable double bed. A hotel of Novotel's caliber should ensure that when upgrading guests, especially for couples, a genuine, comfortable double bed is provided.

The restaurant was very good. The property was more like a dormitory than a hotel.

It was convenient to the airport and had a full restaurant and bar. Our room was large, the hotel had parking and good wifi. It was a convenient location to stay before or after our flight. Nothing.
