For a short stay, not recommended. But can't imagine this room for a long stay, very little space to move around, have to get any any supplies other than towels by request even coffee pot which is standard anywhere, no real workspace. And no emergency or after hours contract to repair elevator? With four floors and only one evstor, that is inexcusable. No one on duty at11am Sunday??

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely gracious and helpful.

My room was phenomenal and last minute at that!

Very good

There is no staff after 6pm it's 3:30 am and room above us sounds like they are moving furniture! Zero sleep and no staff to talk to in order to make them be quiet! Would not recommend this place!

This place was built as cheap as possible with no ammenities, not the cleanest, our room smelled musty and there is no help at the desk, it was a struggle to get enough towels.
-
Staff was professional and courteous. After a long drive everything was perfect, clean and peaceful

Shops and coffee nearby. WiFi was good as well. The staff when checking in on Fri were wonderful and friendly!

Unfortunately, as our stay progressed more concerns came to light. I believe the bulk of guests were construction workers and families of the extensive road project nearby, which contributed to cooking smells in the hall and frequent yelling from parents at loud children behind closed doors. The building's fire alarm went off at 12:30AM and while it was eventually turned off, our smoke detector continued flashing a green light for the remainder of the stay. There were no typical hotel amenities such as a hairdryer, iron/ironing board, extra pillows or towels, and no maid service. The cited “free toiletries” was simply a small bar of soap and a little tube of shampoo. And the rooms were not “soundproof” as claimed. We heard the heavy-footed guests above pacing around and our neighbor’s bedframe banging against our shared wall during their post-fire alarm activities. Additionally, the floors were sticky and gross, and we felt compelled to wear our shoes in the room the entire time. The staff was friendly and did their best to make things right, but it’s clear this property was capitalizing on the university football crowds by renting their extra rooms without making any adjustments to accommodate short-terms travelers.

Clean room and grounds. Not enough towels and the body towels were somewhat thin. However, friendly staff and would stay again!

No amenities…no coffee, no breakfast, front desk staff only there a certain number of hours in a day….not well ran for a new hotel.

I liked that it's close to my job and it's very quiet. Customer service is good. I have no complaints at all.

It was basic and clean. It more than met our needs.

Hotel was totally fine. Nothing incredible but certainly not bad. Very convenient and easy to get to. The front desk individual was great. She was really nice and helpful.

Clean property, room basic, had kitchen but you had to buy/rent everything silver wear, pots pans etc. everything was OK nothing was special. Poor sound insulation could hear noise from room above and lots of sounds from the hall. Felt like whole hotel was leaving at 5:00 am

No front desk help after 6pm on weekends. Only 2 towels in the room. At least give us a coffee pot with room brew coffee! Bed was ok but overall noisy with people coming and going all night due to no quiet hours. Weird place overall. Clean but will not stay here again

It was very clean and quiet. I liked the location near hiking trails, the shopping center, restaurants, and the interstate. I enjoyed my stay here, but was not prepared for the absence of kitchen wares. The freezer was very noisy when the condenser turned on. The air conditioner could not keep up with the intense heat, even with the blinds closed. There was seldom anyone around to ask questions to in the office.

One of the worst equipped rooms I've stayed in. New hotel, but no USB ports of any type. No drapes, just blinds to the parking lot. I read that some of the rooms have blackout drapes, but this one didn't. No hand towels, just washcloths and bath towels, all of which were damp because the room was so humid. But worst was the bed. Sure, a comfortable mattress, but it was on metal springs that squeaked every time you moved. Don't even try any rhythmic activities on the bed. No coffee anywhere in the hotel. This place is designed for customers to bring all their own stuff and live here. It has a cooktop and full size microwave and fridge. No table, just a small built in desk. Internet is free and sufficient for email.
