I had no issues it was clean quiet parking was easy. It was nice

Room keeping and front desk staff were very rude. Room service never came to clean our room. We call the front desk for additional towels and were advised we had to go into the hallway and look for a room service person in order to request towels. The fire alarm went off at 5 am due to a toaster burning. When we reached out to the front desk about this they advised that the fire alarm going off was “routine” and that there was nothing they could due to accommodate us for the inconvenience. There was what appeared to be mold in our bathroom and the AC unit seemed to be motion censored causing the room to get very hot overnight. We woke up in the middle of each night of our stay due to overheating.

The front desk was very nice. They gave us extra pillows when we asked. It was in a good location. The first day I worked from my hotel room I was able to run out and get lunch pretty easy. It was close to our venue for our event. There was a police car in the parking lot when we returned. I’m not sure why the officer was there, but he was sitting in his car watching the cars come in. We stayed for a concert and arrived back at the hotel at around 1 AM.

Staff at front desk was dry and difficult to talk to. She was not friendly and looked at me as though I was as crazy for asking if there was a roll-away. When I asked how many the room accommodated? She said “What do you mean?” Less than helpful!!!
