    Clean room easy parking. Didn't care for the lady checking me in. She forgot to assign ny room out and a group of people tried using a key to get into tge room thinking it was empty around 2am then an employee used her entry card around 830 stating she didnt know anyone was assigned the room. Around 11 I received a call from front desk asking my name and when id be checking out. It was just a weird interaction.

    The hotel offers a Park and Fly deal so the lot was a bit overcrowded. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was not included so we just got on the road.

    There is a bad crime spree going on in Columbus Ohio just at the Courtyard there wee 15 cars broken into and miners 1 of them it was a rental and the Hotel says that’s beyond our control and we’re not responsible so I’m on the hook for the window but they know there’s a serious problem and they made know efforts to upgrade there security and to at least mention bthis on going problem at check in very disappointing

    NO ROOM SERVICE FROM THURSDAY TILL MONDAY. DEBBY HAD TO BRING AIR FRESHENER TO ROOM FOR SMELL SHE WAS VERY NICE HAD TO GO TO FRONT DESK TO GET TOWELS AND TRASH BAGS THE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE WE KEPT CALLING FRONT DESK PHONE POPPING COULDN'T UNDERSTAND HIM. I WENT TO GET TOWELS AND BAGS AND HE HAD DROPPED OFF SOME TOWELS TO FRIEND. HE CAME IN ICE MACHINE ROOM TRYING TO TAKE THE BAGS AND TOWELS FROM ME AND I WAS NOT NICE HE RODE ELEVATOR UP TO ROOM MY FRIEND HAD TO COME TO DOOR AND TELL HIM TO PLEASE LEAVE BECAUSE I NEEDED THE EXTRA TOWELS TO MONDAY. WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. MELINDA FANCHER

    Staff was great. Room was good, no continental breakfast instead you need to purchase breakfast from the bistro within if you want. Bistro didnt have anything we asked for on the menu not even coffee. so walked across street to McDonald's. Parking spots are in short supply.

    First room they gave us shower door did not open. Front desk attendant was nice and switched us with no problems. Property is poorly maintained and hallways and rooms are severely broken down. Same with parking lot. Would not stay here again.

    Checked in, walked up to the room door was open, n ot locked No ac in room. Toilet didn’t flush. Bathroom sink not draining. No AC and left with one small box fan. Temperature dropped as low as 79 degrees all night. The “ac unit” made extremely loud, aggressive rumbling, scratching noises all night long. Very unhappy. Very upset. So much money wasted and I couldn’t even get a decent, or even a night sleep.

    Came to check in and the front desk gal was wearing sweats and a ball cap, looking very unprofessional. She wasn’t very nice to other patrons and was swearing while checking me in. Wasn’t a good first impression. Then went to our room and there was mold in the bathroom and the room wasn’t very clean. We had to be at the airport at 5:30am and made a reservation the night before for a shuttle but when we arrived at the front desk, the front desk lady (a different one) said she had no idea where the driver was BUT she did swiftly order us a Lyft at no charge.

    We were just staying overnight prior to catching a flight early the next morning. When I got to the hotel, I was told how to sign up for parking, but it said that no short-term parking was available on their lot. In a panic, I asked the girl at the front desk what I could do to secure parking. She had me sign a form that allowed me to park on their lot without having to go through the parking website. What a relief!! I didn't know what I was going to do if I couldn't park on the hotel's parking lot. Then when coming back from our trip, we were told the shuttle didn't run after midnight, but that the hotel pays for the Lyft service to pick us up. Again...what a great service. I had searched through all the Columbus hotels to ensure that I would have shuttle service & had called this hotel 3x to verify their shuttle service was 24 hours. So, when I was coming back from my trip, I was surprised to hear that the shuttle service ended at midnight. Again, relief came when they sent a Lyft driver that was at the airport within 5-7 mins.
