    Everyone was super friendly from the to shuttle bus driver, room service, and front desk staff. The facility was well equipped and clean.

    We went to Ohio to attend a concert. The gates opened at 2:30 and the concert began at 3:00. We arrived at the location around 1:40 and stopped in to see if there were any rooms possibly ready early. They told us no and that they would be ready closer to check in time which was 3:00. We knew the rooms would probably not ready early, so now big deal, we just went to get something to eat. We came back to the hotel at 3:35 and were told our rooms were still not ready, even though check-in was at 3:00. We were then told that the rooms would be ready between 7–8 p.m.. My daughter, whose birthday was that day, and her friend and us moms had to get ready in the lobby and the bathrooms, along with a lot of other concertgoers whose rooms were also not ready. After spending about 25 minutes in the lobby being very frustrated I realize that my daughter and I both have medicine that needed to be refrigerated and could not sit in the heat the whole time we were at that concert and we were not missing the concert. Who went to the front desk and told one of the managers about my situation and she said she could get me ice. I then mentioned that we were Platinum Elite members. All of a sudden, a woman jumped up and asked me to wait a minute and went to the back and all of a sudden one of our rooms were available. We did not get into our second room until after 2:30 when we got back from the concert. A majority of the staff we’re not very nice concerning the situation.

    The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in with very clean sheets. The room itself was very clean however, there was some peeling paint on the ceiling, as well as some strange black marks at the top of the mirror in the bathroom. At the time we visited the air-conditioning was out in the lobby, but was not affecting the rooms. Front desk staff were very, very helpful. Our only complaint was, they only gave us two large towels and one washcloth for two people. We didn’t notice until the morning of checkout when we went to shower, but didn’t wanna bother the staff because we were sure they were very busy. My only recommendation would be to add more of those to the room rooms.

    The staff was polite and personable; very impressed! The hotel was clean and construction being done was clearly marked and barricaded. The room was clean and the updated bathroom was beautiful. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again on our next trip to Columbus.

    Liked the location -- close to the airport. Disappointed in the room, mostly with housekeeping. The room decor is very dated and in need of a refresh. There was mold on the shower curtain. The facial tissue dispenser was empty. Coffee available in the room but no coffee cups. There was only 2 sets of towels for a reservation for 3 guests. I wouldn't stay here again. I would go across the street to the Marriott Courtyard instead.

    I waited 2hr to get my room. They cancelled my reservation and had to call someone to get it back. There was no towels, the tub and shower had rust. Sheet had spots bed had blood stains. We had to put a sheet over the chair to sit in it.

    It was easy to find the hotel and the staff was friendly. The hotel lobby is clean and spacious as well as nicely lit. The room itself was very clean and the bathroom was up to date. The only thing that was questionable was paying for parking and not receiving a parking permit.
