The property was maintained. I did discover one roach in my bathroom but it was dead. They did mess up my room informing me when I got there that the room I originally reserved was no longer available. They did compensate for one complimentary room and the other room I paid for. So me and my friends were not all together as well expected but it worked out. There is no weekend cleaning staff FYI.

It was clean and in a good location The pool was out of order and there was no notice of that when booking or at arrival. While checking in my husband and I told our son that he could go straight to the room and change to swim. The worker heard us saying this to our son, A CHILD, and let him go up and change just to walk to the pool and find out himself that it was closed. That was extremely rude to a child. The room we booked was also unavailable and the staff failed to mention that. Just sent us upstairs to figure it out then acted like I should just accept “booking.com over booked our suites so we don’t have one to give you” with no offer for any resolution or making it better or giving us a refund for the room difference. The switch in room accommodations ended up resulting in me having to sleep on the pull out couch. It was horrible. The most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept on. There was also no blankets, sheet, pillow or anything in any closet for the addition bed even though our reservation was for 6 people which would definitely require the extra linens. So after we got home at midnight from the event we were in town for we still had to go back down just to be able to make the bed.

The room was nice and cozy. Decent size and close to the pool. The hotel itself is nice. When we pulled in there was shattered glass in the parking lot. I go to check in and there was an issue with the reservation. The guy had to go talk to his boss and was questioning me asking when did I book. I let him know it was over two months ago and that I called to confirm all of this before I left my house. After 20 ish minutes they said they would have to unassign a room for someone else and give it to us. We got the keys and checked out the room. There were a couple things like the closet door being off track and not wanting to open, the walls having spots of dirt and the bathroom floor being extremely slippery. The room itself was a nice size and was very comfy.

The suite itself was equipped efficiently. We were there for a volleyball tournament only stayed one night however cooking is available with all things available in the suite.

The room was laid out well and clean. Someone opened our door in the middle of the night TWICE. And the front desk acted like nothing happened. Also, they never took the $100 incidentals charge off my card.

The breakfast was better on the last stay. Sausages looked under cooked. Fountain machines did not work. Children were running through the hallway. Overall the staff was friendly. I didn’t like the sliding door for the bathroom in the room.
