Clean, continent, and secure. The breakfast buffet couldn’t keep up with demand, so hopefully it gets better staffing and not just work the one staff person to death. He was trying so hard.

We came to Columbus to see a show at the Bluestone. Hotel was perfect location and within walking distance. We were able to walk to a nice restaurant and then to the venue in less than 15 minutes. Rooms were clean and hotel staff was very friendly. They put us on the top floor so would be less noisy. Upon check out they gave my fiancé and I a couple of bottles of water for our car ride home. Definitely recommend!

My room smelled like sewer gas. It was coming from the shower. The room was run down and the breakfast was empty by 8am and not refilled.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. The hotel is not in the best location and very little within walking distance.

Outdated. Not the greatest neighborhood.Very noisy. Rom had a strong cleaner smell to it.

Awful! The bathroom has mildew, I ‘ll took the picture! The gym, some of the machines useless and breakfast area (elbow eggs was cold) and no ice for juice machine!!

Friendly staff nice room it had a fridge, microwave, dishes,dishwasher nice sized. My bathroom had hair on the floor and shower.

They should have made it more clear that check in was on the 2nd level..breakfast options could have been better especially for the price

The room was close to the places we visited. The hotel in nice and comfortable. I wish we had time to grill. That was a plus! I didn't realize the rooms weren't cleaned everyday. When asked for towels the housekeeper asked who had our room. She should have just gave ne some towels and took that up with her co workers later. She never gave us towels. I got them from the front desk

Property was clean, staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good but some pastries would be nice. Room was clean but there was a decent amount of footsteps from room above and road noise was loud sometimes.

Initial impressions: very helpful staff, clean , easy parking (discounted if you’re a HH member) Booked this hotel because of a concert at Bluestone and it’s somewhat of a walkable distance. We still Uber’d because it was pouring rain. Price range was right under $200 for a Friday night. King size rooms are very spacious , modern and clean. The area seemed mostly safe to walk around , although a few homeless people due frequent the area. We walked to coffee and a sushi restaurant near by with no issues. Area is up and coming. No grocery or convenience stores near by. Breakfast was great!
