Overcharged me for the room. Knew it was going to be an issue right when I checked in which took over a half an hour. Staff was completely unhelpful.

Stayed with a friend for a festival, we had a great time! The room was very clean, the staff was very nice and helpful, the amenities were great and loved that they offered free breakfast!

Parking convenient, good wings and burgers! No caffeine coffee in our room. Only 4 decaffs.

The room was neat and clean. The dinner was good. The staff were polite and accommodating. The air conditioning was on point. The bed was comfy. And the ambience and the essence of the room was relaxing.

Breakfast was a buffet that always had oatmeal, cereal, multiple kinds of fresh fruit, bacon, eggs, potatoes, and sometimes French toast. Served was very pleasant. Air conditioner worked great which was needed due to high humidity the week we stayed in Columbus. Location was awesome to catch the zoo bus and other bus stops were also within walking distance. We would stay there again.
