The front desk was amazing. They were so accommodating despite being so beyond busy. If I ever come back to Columbus they will have my business again. Great hotel!!!

Great location but the entire hotel has a bad odor. Staff was helpful to cancel remainder of our stay.

Once we arrived and handed our car off to the valet. Note they didn’t offer a luggage cart or point us in the direction of one. We go to the front desk to be told we are not staying there but will be staying at a lesser value hotel across town. The other hotel had bunk beds, a broken leaking refrigerator and the room was very dark and tiny. Because we knew most hotels were already booked we decided to stay. But believe we should get a portion of our rental fee back. It was not worth what we paid

Heard noise all night long sounded like a toilet constantly being flushed or a toilet running. In addition, they failed to give me my wake-up call at 7 am.

The staff were amazing. The pool area and everything on the fourth floor is a great asset to the hotel. Obviously, very pricey for each night that we stayed. Overall, a good experience.

The hotel is older, but kept up very nicely. Our room was cozy and the beds were very comfortable. The valet parking is expensive. The pool was closed on the day of check in, but opened when we were checking out. Agents at the front desk and the employees working at Latitude 41 were so polite and helpful. Overall, it was a very nice 1 night stay.
