Some of the hosts were great, but some were a little rude. Wanted to order new towels for the room, and we had to fetch them from the lobby check in area. A bunch of people were down there for cocktail hour, it was just weird and uncomfortable.
-
it was unique because it was an old bank once

Very clean and room was spacious. Very nice breakfast

Hotel was nice and clean the restrooms near the food area were in serious need of a cleanup. Since it was early morning and at breakfast time, I’m assuming somebody can clean at the end of their shift.

Very good

Room was so clean and spacious. Provided us with everything we needed. Complimentary breakfast was great as well.

Property overall wasn’t bad, but was under construction which was inconvenient. Other than that it was fine.

Upon arrival, we were surprised to walk into what felt like an active construction zone, with dust and debris throughout the property. This was not communicated at the time of booking, and it was far from the experience advertised online. The check-in process only added to the frustration. The gentleman at the front desk was short, unwelcoming, and visibly upset with us for entering through an unlocked back door. He questioned how we got in and stated we were not supposed to use that entrance. The interaction was uncomfortable—so much so that even my 6-year-old asked why he seemed angry with us. While our room appeared newly renovated, it clearly had not been properly cleaned after construction. There were white dusty handprints all over the headboard of the king bed, wood particles along the bathroom floor, and dusty smudges on the kitchen cabinets. For the price I paid, I expected a clean and finished space—not one that still felt under construction. To make matters worse, we were in town for my daughter’s softball tournament and returned to the hotel around 6 p.m. after a long day at the fields, only to find that there was no hot water available—and it wouldn’t be restored until 11 p.m. Not being able to shower after a full day of activities was extremely frustrating, especially on a Saturday evening. Overall, I was very disappointed

Disappointing
-
Room was fine except the lack of outlets near the bed and a motion sensor light in the bathroom that came on anytime you moved in the bedroom

Bed and room were very comfortable. Could hear construction noise on floor above us at 8am. Continental breakfast supposed to go until 10am but a 8:45 half of it was gone and no more was being made eventhough there were several people down there trying to get at least something. Disappointing given what there were charging for room and valet.

Friendly staff, it is close to several downtown restaurants and venues, it has a great bar, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Our room didn't have hot water, which we brought to the front desk's attention on Saturday morning, but nothing was done about the issue.

Front desk service was terrific, breakfast was great, bourbon bar also fabulous. The building was very unique, and we appreciated the renovation efforts. Our suite was spacious and fairly clean. However- and this is quite serious- maintenance entered our room under non-emergency circumstances without our permission despite the do not disturb sign on our door. There was no advance notice- just a knock (which we ignored, as we were relaxing in the bedroom), then another knock, then two men used a key card & entered our room claiming they needed to look at the mirror in above the vanity. Extremely unsettling. We were sure to secure the extra lock until we checked out the following morning. Hotel management was made aware and an apology was issued.
