The fridge didn’t work and had a bad smell. Housekeeping knocked twice though the do not disturb sign was right on the door.

Very nice hotel with good food. The bed was very comfortable and the blackout shade shut out all of the outdoor light. The room only had a shower but it’s what I prefer.

The mattress was hard as a rock. Breakfast was OK.

Pillows, lobby, and jets in hot tub. That’s it…. The floor I was on did not have an ice machine. Mind you it said vending and ice and there was no vending. I said heck with it and went back to my room. I then realized there was no microwave in my room. I then go to check my fridge and it was not cold at all.. the hotel gives off 5 star down stairs and in your lobby but when you move around you don’t get that. I was a bit surprised because at least at a cheap hotel you can get all that with no problem. Also, the hot tub is not hot but the jets are amazing. Pool idk if it’s supposed to be heated but baby it was ice cold. Now on cleaning if you look close on the walls in rooms, door handle, bathroom mirrors you will see scum, broken stuff, stains, and built up nasty stuff. Best part of this stay was how great everything was around us and the pillows I love a good pillow. I’m just saying for a well known hotel I would think it would carry its self better. Attention to detail meaning cleanliness, comfort, and focus as if you were the guest. There are chips in walls and trim everywhere and stains on ceiling in room . There are loose blocks in pool area. Just some things you want to pay attention to.

This property was all the way around d phenomenal. They left no stone unturned. Cleanliness, attentiveness from the staff, outside patio restaurant, indoor dining as well. Everything right at your fingertips made this stay top tier!

The location is great. Close to everything. Very clean and tidy in the room and around the hotel. Easy to navigate. Meals were great, services were great, and great place for a family to stay. The pool was very cold. Not very kid friendly due to temperature of the water. Rooms didn't have a tv guide or any tourists attraction ideas. Like any hotel beds are not super comfortable but our kids thought the pull out couch bed was cool.

Great place to stay. Fun outdoor seating at bar/ restaurant. Issue with a wiggly toilet seat but fixed right away. Clean, good atmosphere, friendly staff, great location.
