The staff was very friendly and helpful. One staff member offered to watch my dog for me while I got my breakfast. I appreciated her kindness, as I was traveling alone and didn't want to leave my dog in the room while I got my breakfast.

The room and the property itself was very nice and visually pleasing. Plenty of parking and so much in the area for food and shopping.

The staff and cleanliness is always amazing. This was our go to hotel when we were in the area for many years. 1. The last few times we stayed there has always been a capacity crowd. With one elevator broken every time we have been there, and that many people getting on and off, it is a deterrent for those with mobility issues like my sister in law. We told her that this was a nice place to stay but since she can barely walk, and waited over 15 minutes or so for an elevator that wasn't so crowded so that she could get her walker in made her tell me that she won't come back. Also, would it be possible to rotate sausage for bacon occasionally? The same breakfast every day is another issue for many people, as the hotel around the corner offers bacon every day or every other day. Many people do not eat sausage.

Everything was perfectly lovely during our stay. The rooms are big and clean; the service is great; the amenities of breakfast and dinner were an added bonus. First time staying at a Drury and will definitely look for another again!

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

The friendliness and customer service. The clean rooms. The complimentary breakfast and the linens. No ‘real’ cream-just powdered but I am being overly picky. No continuous running fan.

The food was very good! Nothing that I can think of!
