3 Cars were broken into in the parking lot staff said there were break ins when I checked in and they continued felt very unsafe they should have had the police patrol I was there for my sons baseball games

The staff was very nice The room still had food from the last people that stayed, the hot tub was broken and that was one of my only reasons for booking, we were told there was frequent theft and that we needed to lock up, in the parking lot there was glass from windows that had been broken during thefts.

Close proximity to the event we were in town for, great location with all the surrounding restaurants and Polaris shopping mall. Staff was very friendly and the room was very clean! No complaints :)

Love the rooms and the inside of the hotel was nice. The self coffee was good too its complementary. The pool was nice and the staff was good. The hot tubl was lukewarm at best so didn't like that.
