Clean room, check in quick and easy

I stay here at least twice a year. The ice machines on the main floor and third floor weren’t working this trip which was a little inconvenient. The staff are always very friendly and helpful!!!!

The staff was helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. No noise except from the interstate.

The parking was what was an issue… there were contractors with the large trucks with the carts taking up several lanes… I was there with my daughter for an event and we had to park in back…

Room was clean, check in was quick and easy, staff was friendly and helpful. The TV in my room didn't work.

The only comment that I have the front desk didn't inform me to call prior 7 am to request for a room service. The service staff refused ti service my room because I didn't call and I had to call the front desk to get new towels.

Location to where we needed to be was good. Front desk staff had to wait on was not located at front desk. The pool was so strong smelling and LOUD could hear it from our room and smell it. Breakfast was awful nothing refilled was empty and no one around to ask for food.had to go to a restaurant near by when I make sure to book a place with breakfast hence why I spend the extra.

Clean room. Great location, walking distance to several restaurants and convenient store. Had an issue with tv, notified staff and they resolved the issue.

Low toilets. Was on first floor...would have preferred 2nd. Also when checking in online I didn't know how to apply aaa discount so would be helpful when arriving if front desk would double check for any discounts.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The rooms were nice and clean, and the continental breakfast was excellent.

That it was close to everything that’s it I booked this hotel for two nights during the Ohio Beef Expo and had an absolutely horrible experience. After driving 2½ hours with my family—including our 10-year-old child and 3-month-old baby—we arrived late, checked in, left briefly for food, and came back to find cockroaches crawling in our bedroom. Not one… two that I personally saw. I was disgusted and immediately went to the front desk. I was visibly upset and asked for a refund. The only thing offered to me was to switch rooms—as if moving down the hall somehow fixes a roach problem. If there are roaches visible in one room, everyone knows there are more. I was literally in tears and begging for a refund because I did not feel comfortable keeping my children, especially my infant, in that hotel. I was told to contact the manager the next morning. I then spent days trying to get ahold of management. Almost two weeks later, I finally reached the manager, who told me I would be refunded. That refund never happened. To make matters worse, after I provided photo proof of the cockroaches in the room, I was basically treated like I was lying. The bugs were disgusting, but honestly the way this hotel handled it was worse. No accountability, no urgency, empty promises, and terrible customer service from beginning to end. Charging guests to stay in bug-infested rooms and then refusing to make it right afterward is unacceptable. I would absolutely never stay here again and would strongly warn anyone—especially families with children—not to book here.

Location was perfect. Close to restaurants & shopping. Bed was okay but made creaking sound when I moved.
