Terrible time. I had to report my car being scratched (keyed it appeared) on two different occasions and they said nobody touched my car. Which is absurd because someone even had a finger mark trying to “buff” out what appeared to be a keying. Scratches don’t scratch themselves. I checked my car daily since Sunday to make sure my car would be ok. And it was not. I had to report a lady who I believe did hit my car bc she wasn’t even a guest. Looks as though she stayed in her car in the lot and the manager had to tell her to leave. Second, I stayed Sunday-Friday and nobody checked on us. I had to ask for towels on Wednesday, never received and then again Thursday, in which they told me housekeeping did give me towels which was untrue because I stayed in the room everyday, all day except for 8:20-8:40 and then 3:30-4 to pick my child up from a camp and still also had a bag of trash to be picked up. I didn’t receive my towels until I had to complain to Expedia twice on Thursday. Then I had bug bites all over my ankles, which I am guessing could have been from the bed because otherwise, I didn’t go anywhere to be bitten. Expedia told me someone would come inspect my room and they did not. Then there was some stain that was of rusty color like blood or feces on the bathroom door frame. This was the worst motel experience I’ve ever had.

No pool as shown in pic, no remote for TV, no pots pans, utensils , glasses or anything for kitchen. People just hanging around in parking lot late at night.

It was quite in the particular room & side that I was on.

Room was pretty much as pictured - Plain. Laundry area was a nice amenity.

Clean room, accessible, near the downtown, pet friendly. Walking distance to cute places to eat and stores. Noise from the avenue could bother and the hallway to the room (2 floor) had a urine smell.

Unfortunately the first room I was assigned appear to be very outdated I'm actually glad there was a leak in the ceiling the next day and I was assigned a much better updated room.

It was a bed to sleep on Extremely nasty! Mold, hair, and other unknown substances! Left after one night being out the money was worth it to not stay another night!

CLEAN THE PLACE UP. NEED TO HIRE SOME NEW HELP. WALL WERE AND HALL NEED REPAIRS.

The front desk has no customer service skills. If you have guests checking in/ out a simple hello I will be right with you, or have a great day is not asking for much just common courtesy. Guests keep your hotel running and staff with jobs.

Location and the staff Some of the facilities aren’t finished being renovated yet, so sometimes the property will be sold out before it’s actually out of rooms.

I have never left a property before . I’m not hard to please . There were homeless people camping in a tent in the parking lot ,outside hallway resembled a prison , room number was not listed on wall which made it suspicious that the room was not really a proper room , smoke alarm falling out ceiling , patched hole in wall in room , writing on the walls , curtains falling off rails , peeling paint , cold floor - no carpet or even a mat, threadbare sheets and thin blanket and crinkly plastic mattress cover . Door did not seal close properly . I felt unsafe , vulnerable and had a gut reaction to leave for my own safety . The front office staff just said “ok” when I said i did not feel safe and wanted to leave . Do not go to this property if you value your safety .

Front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. Air conditioner worked great. Room was large, clean, and the bed was comfortable!
