I was especialy impressed by Michael at the front desk. His warm approach and helpfulness was a pleasant reminder of what hospitality truly means. He handled everything from room issues to walkable shopping ideas. Bottom line he puts the H in Hospitality.

A great location to stay and the views,amenities but the rooftop bar and restaurant on site make it easier to stay onsite and never leave.The staff 10/10.

It was okay, nothing much compare To other hotels I have stayed. Overall it was just okay Refrigerator inside my room was barely working! Could not get microwave in a decent location! Microwave should have be close to the place leading to the bathroom but instead they put the microwave in a tight spot where u have to share space with front desk and their little store. Microwave barely gets cleaned and as soon as u leave the microwave area, everyone looking at you like it’s something bad to use the microwave. Then on my second night we did not get housekeeping service, was told by the housekeeper she skip the room by mistake! Called for housekeeping and the lady brought just towels did not take the old towels or take the trash! For what they are charging we should not be asking for housekeeping when we left our room 11am and returned 3pm

Wonderfully designed hotel in a perfect location on the Riverwalk of 22mi! - industrial design elements that draw on the location history. A great 7th floor bar/casual dining facility. The sleeping pillows we had were oversized depth so it was extremely difficult to enjoy a comfortable sleep. When asking for alternatives was told there were no alternatives. For an IHG group hotel that is unacceptable.

When I arrived, one of two reservation was not available with no help from the front desk or being able to contact Booking.com A cost was added to my bill when it was paid for by my companion. I successfully occupied the other room. The parking was excellent as was the clocation. I have made a claim with my bank for $281 (room which I reserved, was charged but was not available) and $75 for drinks on the 7th floor which were charged to me altho my companion paid with a different account from mine.

We liked everything about Indigo Hotel. It has a lot of atmosphere, the facilities are modern & the decor inviting. We enjoyed reasonably priced meals on the outside patio, the pool & the rooftop view. The location is good. Will be back.

Everything about hotel was great except elevator was not want functioning so we had to wait until someone come from upstairs for it to work because the buttons was not operating

The pool is wonderful. Doesn’t seem to be a lot to do in the town, but enjoying the pool during the day is absolutely perfect. It’s not crowded. The water is perfect and it’s quiet.

Hotel Indigo Canceled my stay, Booking.com is charging me! I stayed and was CHARGED TWICE!
