The room had a TV with lots of wires hanging out. Looked like a college kids dorm room. TV remote difficult to figure out. Could not find a Switch for one of the lights.

I didn't have problems so much with my room, my problems were with the load nneighbors were addressed but continued to be load even after being addressed. So I had hoped I wouldn't have to call more then once but I did and they continued to be load well after 1AM. MY AC was just as load.

I loved the location of the hotel, it was absolutely beautiful. However, my room never received a proper cleaning in my 5 night stay, my TV never actually worked, and the elevator was the worst part. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, just some bad communication perhaps between functions.

From the welcome to Courtyard to come and stay with us again. Vernessa reception agent was Amazing ?. The Riverwalk view for my room and bar was beautiful. Another day's stay with you would have been wonderful; however, I was on my way to our next destination for spring break.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Only one drawback - the water pressure of the shower was super weak. The staff at the front desk were all super friendly as well as the maid assigned to our floor. The staff at the bistro were not quite as friendly in the morning. It was hard to get a cup of coffee without asking 3 different employees first. The area around the hotel along the river bank is very pretty as well as the bridge. Two concerns though - several of the lights on the bridge were not working which made for a sketchy walk across the river at night and there were quite a few homeless people that just hung out on the bridge and along the river. A few approached and were harmless but if I was a lone woman I would not feel comfortable to walk in that area.

The hotel is very nice but i’m unhappy that i had to call the receptionist to force open my door bc it was stuck, then i had to do it all night & the next morning. Room 419 should be closed until the door is fixed. Beautiful place, very clean, aesthetically pleasing, friendly staff. Id go back, just not to that room.

Expedia charged my card. Whenever I got there, they said it hadn’t gone through but seen my reservation. She ran my card again. After our stay, I went to double check my bank account and Expedia charged me AND the hotel. I had to call twice to get a refund. The first person reported that they had refunded it but I didn’t receive it and thus had to call again.

Stayed at this hotel many times, but it is sadly going down in need of repair. Won't be staying there again. Also, you would think for a frequent guest, they would give you a room with a view other than the rooftop air conditioner. Left curtain closed entire stay. Desk staff not knowledgeable about area, sent me to greasiest Chinese restaurant in town. Bathroom smelled, tub dirty, bathroom in need of repairs, TV remote didn't work well, curtain didn't close all the way so light came in all night (light that probably illuminated the hvac units).

The door deadbolt engages when you leave the room causing the door to remain ajar all day if you don’t look behind you after leaving. I had to have the front desk staff help me get the door closed twice. It’s a known issue and I saw other doors ajar all day. It was scary to come back to an open door and then frustrating to find out it is a known door defect.

This is a beautiful property near the Columbus Riverwalk. Everything was wonderful. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The room was beautiful and the bed was clean and so comfortable. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone!

The front desk lady was super nice and organized. The restaurant/bar worker was also extremely friendly. The room and pool were dirty. View from the room was the roof with a rusted propane tank sitting outside on the roof and the window screen busted out laying on the roof next to it. They were also having some problem with the sprinkler system so the hallway was completely soaked. The pool needed a deep cleaning, mold growing in it along the far side and so many bugs/leaves in it. Plus they had only one towel out there. The area is also not the safest for family travel, especially at nighttime on the riverwalk directly behind the hotel.

The hotel lobby was nice but the rooms could use some work. The room i orginally was placed in had water dripping from the ceiling after a storm came through but i could tell by the ceiling this was not the first time. They quickly moved me but definitely an issue.

First time staying Courtyard. This location is very welcoming and clean. Staffs are friendly. They will provide what you want and the room service is superb. Would love to stay at courtyard again..this location Phoenix City AL is closer to everything. Once you get in you can smell the cleanliness and the welcoming staffs. Thank u. The only one iI need to be upgraded is their tvs.

I stayed here for a one night stop on a drive home. Everything was great! I made sure to get up early to take a walk along the river which was amazing! It is a short stroll across the bridge to some great bars and restaurants. I showed up after the bar was closed but it looks really nice. Highly recommend!

Ordered Breakfast and it took almost an hour to get my food. This caused a significant delay in my travel plans. If I knew there would be such a delay I would have just went to a restaurant outside of the hotel for better service. Very disappointing. Also saw a moldy cake in their display case.

The staff was unbelievably friendly and kind. Very clean, nothing was broken or askew. They have a safety system on the exterior doors so no one can enter the lobby without a key after certain hours. Super easy checkin and checkout.

Arrived about 12 pm understanding it may be early for a room, but the female indicated she had a room available, which I was delighted, then a tall male took over my check-in and said my room wasn’t available, and to wait one hour. Came back after one hour and was told that only have 6 rooms of my category so I had to come back another half hour. Finally after went to room 215 and the noise from every car was unbearable. Went to front desk and this time a shorter male said that I booked through a third party and couldn’t move me, he even said that’s why he hates third parties (Expedia). He was going to call my room after he spoke to GM. After 2 hours I went downstairs hoping for a GM. The associate said he was gone until tomorrow and there wasn’t a front office manager. My problem was with the room noise, and told him that I paid almost $200 not to be able to sleep with the noise. He eventually somehow was able to move rooms, so the fact it was booked as third party is truly irrelevant and he just didn’t want to extend customer service.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel and the hotel itself. We were disappointed with the cleaning staff and they failed to clean our room the first day, we had to go down to the lobby to get clean towels for the second day, and on the final day they only took out the garbage and left clean towels in the bathroom, but did not clean the bathroom nor did they make up the beds.

The location is csntral. The hotel has ataff ossues. I was told to takw my own trash to the dumpster outside if i wanted it taken out. The elevators are alow and shock yoi every time you touch the buttons. The kitchen is chaos th cook has to take orders then go cook. Food was expensive and raw.

Very clean and the location is very accommodating.

I’ve stayed in this hotel multiple times. It’s always an enjoyable experience. The only gripe I have is that the digital key never works, and I always have to go to the desk to get my keys.

I had a wonderful experience with the all the staff there as I was there a lot vows kind they remembered my name my trip was very emotional for me my son had his Army graduation I had not seen him in a while and this hotel and staff made me feel at home as I was traveling alone so please thank you to all the staff especially Nicole !

Great views of the river and easy access to the riverwalk and pedestrian bridge across the Chattahoochee River.

Room was very comfortable overlooking the riverfront which was very nice. I will definitely be coming back in the nesr future.

We had an awesome stay. The hotel was stunning and the service was amazing. We ate at the Bistro and the flatbread was so good!!!

Discovered that the bed sheets were not washed. Tbey just made up the bed. Hair and alot of dtains were on the sheets. No mictowave. Have 2 go all the way downstairs to use the microwave.

Tanika and Jade were absolutely wonderful! Tanika was at the front desk when I was unable to get a ride to my son’s graduation. I thought I might miss it and was upset. Tanika calmed me down, and was able to get Jade to drive me there. I cannot tell you how much this meant to me! Absolutely wonderful staff! Thank you.

Great location and walkable. Neighborhood is very charming with lots of activities. This time we came for biking at the river walk.

The staff is always helpful and the manager knows how to welcome you and serve you in every way to keep you as a continous customer. The only hoel I will stay in on trips to Columbus Georgia.

We had an amazing stay. I think we had the best view in the house. The room was clean. The renovation is going well. Didn't eat at the restaurant but it looked nice. The room was well designed. We went to the pool and enjoyed the nice outdoor furniture where there was an ocean like breeze. We had a river front king with a sofa. I will be returning. It will be pretty when the leaves are gone and you can see more of the river, I bet.

I paid extra for “river view room” this was my view I stayed in room 224 just save the extra charge for the “river view” the staff was pretty friendly also be prepared to pay a daily fee for parking

This hotel was great! They have done remodeling and it is new. Very clean. The staff was nice and accommodating. It was in a location with some restaurants.

The beds was not that comfortable

Staff wasn’t as helpful as i would’ve liked. I let them know the wifi wasn’t working on the TV and was told it was happening before i came and that was the end of the conversation. The hotel water pressure wasn’t even strong enough to shower or wash properly.. The hotel isn’t worth the prices because of the issues I had. But it is nice get away to a certain extent!

The stay there was enjoyable. The room was nice and clean. I have no complaints. The staff especially the young woman that checked us in was very friendly and professional. I would recommend my family and friends to stay there.

The bistro has suprisingly good food. The common areas are nice clean and comfortable. The rooms are also clean . My room was on the 2nd floor. There was a construction going on. Very loud and very disturbing . The constant banging and the noise from the vacoom was horrible. That floor should of been closed off for visitors. Also the netflix connection was very slow. Other than that it was all good.

Great location to restaurants and lots of them in the area within walking distance! Super friendly staff, but don’t plan for an early check in as they would not allow us to check in prior to 3pm even though it was requested.

Property was under remodeling. This should be advertised when you are looking to possibly book. They did not have rooms ready for 3pm check in. Myself and at least 5 other guests arrived between 3pm and 3:30 pm. The lady that was checking me in did not communicate well. She started our check in then excused herself and did not come back for 15 minutes. Left us all there standing, waiting and wondering what to expect. They did not advise of a parking charge when I checked in nor did I see it on the website when I booked it, and the auto check out sent me a receipt for parking. Granted it was only $7.00 per day for 2 days, but that is not the point. Poor communication. Would not recommend this to anyone.

This hotel is in a great location. Easy access to downtown Columbus via the beautiful pedestrian walking bridge or shoot right over the bridge in the car. Lots of nice restaurants and shops close by. Hotel is super clean and comfortable
