The room wasn’t the cleanest. There wasn’t any trash bags in the trash cans. Poor service at check in. There’s no breakfast included but does have a restaurant downstairs with no prices and poor service.

Excellent hotel. Clean and beautiful. And after the concert, police were patrolling everywhere. Very safe walking. . Only thing is lobby was so dark it was hard for us old folks to see anything.

Didn’t buy breakfast. Too expensive for what was offered. Free breakfast would have been nice.

A friend and I stayed at the property to attend a concert. The room was a bit pricey for the offering, but the service was fantastic. From the front desk to the bar after the concert, the service staff was extremely professional and friendly. The rooms were clean, but basic. Could use a little updating. The hotel was within walking distance of the venue, which made it convenient and the reason we chose to stay there. We arrived at 5:30 p.m. and the valet was closed and no parking in their garage. I would give the service five stars and the hotel three for an average of a 4 star rating.

Registration went well. Nice staff pleasant enough. I liked the pillows. The restaurant is poor ! Food was terrible , especially for the ridiculous cost. The staff was depressing. Except for one woman.

Great proximity to the baseball stadium. Parking is not great. Didn't stay long enough to use any amenities or have breakfast. Clean and nicely appointed

Hotel is conveniently located near many great restaurants and businesses. However, the hotel feels very out of date, run down (lots of “out of order” situations), everything feels dusty and tired. Staff was very kind from Valet to the front desk. Homeless people were present during the day in the lower street atrium area, though the area is secured at night. I felt safe, but far from inspired by my stay.
