The check in staff ( at the desk ) all seemed stand offish and didn’t seem too interested that we were guests there. ( sighed when we asked questions ). The rooms were nice, spacious with comfy beds. No free coffee or breakfast .

Very small, overpriced accommodations. Its like a kingsized bed was placed in a closet to justify the room rate. Little to no options for convenient parking. Beware, the valet parking is costly because of it. Hotel location is downtown, very noisy late at night. If I can help it, I won't stay there again.

Great hotel, great location, clean rooms. We felt the bar drinks were overpriced (double what we have paid a similar properties), the restaurant gets good reviews.

Great staff, great room, great location and loved to be able to see all the art throughout the hotel

The valet parking was a little bit expensive, but overall the hotel is definitely worth it. If you can Uber from the airport to 21C that would be my recommendation because everything else is conveniently located.
