Disappointed that check-in was 4:00 pm but when arrived at 5:30 pm was told room wasn't ready and they would have to call when ready. Had just driven 8 hours and just wanted to put stuff in room and relax

Next morning tried to go to lobby and couldn’t get an elevator!!! Had to go back to room And ask for late check out. Now have been waiting for the $50 valet for 30 min to get my car. I will never stay her again!

We stayed one night for the Savannah Banana's baseball game. Very nice hotel. Definitely stay again when we are in Cincinnati.

Didn’t get to stay because flight was canceled and Expedia didn’t offer to refund cost of hotel even though trip was canceled through no fault of my own.

The site description said river view it was not. There wasnt very clear instructions for parking and the beds was hard.

Beautiful place! Rooms are nice, smells clean. High traffic area but the staff work the customers like a well oiled machine. Lounge has good energy. Will always stay here when visiting the area.

It's really nice and clean here. We really enjoyed how easy it is to get around and walk everywhere. The only negative is the parking because you have to park further away. We opted to pay $49 for the overnight valet parking. Other than that, it's a great hotel to stay at if you're visiting downtown.
