We were forced to switch rooms because our room had no water. We were told they would comp our room for one night. Instead we were overcharged and still unable to take a normal shower because of the inconsistent water temperature. The staff was not helpful.

I didn't like my key not working after the housekeeping attended accessed my room before I checked out and caused me to go back downstairs 3 times before the attendant intervened and opened the door for me to retrieve our things.

no parking structure or lot was my biggest complaint. $42 a night for valet is a bit steep.

The staff was amazing. They were very informative on all of the services they provide and helped us with directions and traveling options vs us driving to our destination. The food was really good in the hotel restaurant. We will definitely come back again.

Close to Tram No pool, uncomfortable couch, very pricy for such an old outdated hotel.

This hotel was clean and convenient, but it was desperately in need of a renovation. The staff was nice, but it was missing the charm of an old hotel and didn't have the niceties of a modern hotel. I didn't hate it, but I don't think it was a good value.
