Very pleasant environment in the suite we rented… HVAC was a little loud in the living room, especially, but we figured it out overtime. Definitely need to be in shape to walk up three flights, but very pleasant overall in the space! Excellent amenities provided, could use one or two more towels, probably. Really enjoyed our stay!

Great stay and exactly what we needed. Instructions were clear and everything we needed was marked. Beds were cozy and spacious. Only thing (not enough to lower my rating) is there was more pet fur from previous tenants on a lot of the furniture—especially the more velvet chairs—than we were expecting. The chairs could use a good washing/spot cleaning too. Also, the shower pressure in the primary bath was lower. However, we really enjoyed this stay and would come again!

Location is very ideal. Virtual staff was very responsive. Check-in and check-out instructions were very clear. You have an "VRBO" or "AirBNB" experience with this place - amenities, privacy, location - but also gives you a hotel experience. Check-out instructions were: "just leave the place reasonably tidy" and let us know if you need anything else. There's some construction going on next door so daytime noise will be reasonably louder. But that's part of the city charm. Other than that, I will definitely stay here again.

Close to downtown. Many small independent neighbourhood restaurants, cafes, bars, even a blues venue, nearby. A park big enough for a run two blocks away. A few blocks away from the lake and its sidewalk. The interior design of the flat is impecable. Clean, easy access, prompt response to requests, well equipped. 5+ stars.

It was quiet and clean. Definitely a place we will rent in the future.

Warning, no elevator so be prepared to climb stairs. That wasn’t a problem for our party though and we absolutely loved our stay here! The two bedroom apartment was nicely updated, but maintained some of its original charm with high ceilings and big windows. It was clean with comfortable beds, kitchen, and living room. The neighborhood was walkable with good restaurants. Target just up the street. We’ve visited Chicago many times and really enjoyed the neighborhood vibe here. Would 100% stay at this hotel again.

The rooms were very clean. The place had everything I needed – laundry pods, cooking utensils, and even cleaning supplies.

Very clean and welcoming. Did not have any need to interact with staff other than a quick text when leaving. Only caveat: We were on the fourth floor and there is no elevator, so arriving and even departing were a little challeging with luggage.

There was construction next door that rattled my room during the workday when I was there, making it too dusty to sit on the patio. For the price, the accommodations were lacking.

The heat clicking on and off all night was the only bummer. Other than that, I would stay here again. Great location and comfortable bed.

We liked that it was spotless, great bath products, adequately stocked for light meals, the convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit. Comfortable beds and pillows. We did not love the mini split the AC/heating unit to a while to figure out. Too hot or too cold. The area rug was very worn, the couch looks nice but was not comfortable at all. All minor. The weather forced us to stay inside more than we would have.

Big space, 700 sq ft place, love the location, kitchen was fully stock if you plan to cook, living and dining area. Washer & Dryer so it was nice to wash if you didn’t bring much. Close to everything, restaurant all around, convenient stores for you missing amenities. No check in, your code works at time of check in. I will definitely stay again just reminded me of my old place when I use to live here. Minor things that was not too much of a problem for me, the AC/heat unit was making noise while on, the water pressure in the shower was not strong enough but when they were contacted it was addressed.
