The room was a little dated. I was surprised that you didn’t have CNBC as a TV choice, I thought the gym was dated and the WiFi was inadequate

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay for two nights. Great location to all of the shopping and restaurants that you can easily walk to. The parking valet Joe was very kind helpful and gave us a recommendation to go to Sunnyside Café for breakfast and their very French toast was amazing. All the staff was very professional and kind always asking what they can help you with. Large pool for swimming laps and the hot tub was a nice treat at the end of the day after driving from Iowa. The staff up at the restaurant was great as well and the hostess was really fun to talk to and very accommodating. Highly recommend this hotel. All of the newly renovated rooms are very, very nice and roomy and we had a nice view of Lake Michigan. New technology with lots of buttons for all of the lights and an electric blind for the window was a nice touch as well.

Everything was amazing the front desk staff was very accommodating. The bell staff really stood with the acknowledgment. We will be back
