They did not have a room ready. We were late for the ceremony we came into town for. Totally unacceptable!!! Never again!

Your parking lot appearance does not make your establishment look very safe. I requested and paid for 1 double; but received 2 singles. Traveling with a child make demands a must. I feel I should have received an email to inform me of the change in my reservation, I should have been allowed to make my own choices. Request for my; opinion would have been nice, just as you requested for my feedback. Priorities? 1. Paid for a double but received a single room for 2 people. NEED IS A REFUND ASAP! 2. Elevators turn off at a certain time of day; I am 71yrs. old and did not plan a vacation with a exercise plan or curfew. 3. I don't like killing bugs; I do understand the environment.

Waited a hour for someone to come to check me in and checkout was horrible

The elevator barely worked during my stay. I had to carry groceries to the third floor. I also had to carry my luggage down during check out because the elevator was down/shut off! That was a huge inconvenience

My stay was four nights. It was good enough to sleep & shower. The elevator was broke so luckily I was placed on the 1st floor. The hallway was stained very bad. My room had an awful smell even after I sprayed it with several things. I did find hair throughout the bathroom, floor, toilet, sink & tub. Luckily for me i clean behind the paid housekeeper. I had no wash clothes nor had towels, only two bath towels & a floor towel. The front desk guy was able to answer questions and help me out, thanks to him! So my issue was more so very poor housekeeping.

Great staff but hotel room was not cleaned well. Floor was extremely sticky and had a weird smell to it as well as a hole on the wall. Parking lot was well lit but had lots of abandon destroyed cars spread throughout.

The room wasn’t particularly fresh smelling and had a flimsy bed frame with only a matress—no box spring. The towels had hair woven throughout the threads.

Will not recommend this place . They have once a week some service policy but didn’t happen in 10 days even after requesting 3 times . Bugs were roaming in the washroom. Elevator broke twice in 2 weeks . Lobby is full of weed smell . List go on .

Staff was great. Don't stay here unless you just want a place to squat. They don't even have a pen and pad! Again great staff this property needs work. Not worth the money.

BEWARE: ROACHES!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! We stayed over memorial day weekend. Noticed dead roaches in the bathroom. Started looking, found more dead roaches in the cabinets. This was day 2 of our 5 day, 4 night stay. Day three, one live roach. Crushed it and flushed it! Day 4 found 2 live roaches - One crawling out of my cup after dinner! Crushed and flushed them. We were in the process of packing up, when we decided to put everything through the laundry, sanitize the bags and non clothing items, and put those items directly in the car in garbage bags. Sorry, but I DON"T want those things in my house!!! Washers worked fine. Only two dryers were operational and they are being used by others. Frustrated, we bagged up the wet clothes and put them in the car. Day 5, found 3 more roaches before 7 am! Went to check out and nobody was there when the window was supposed to be open at 7. Staff knew of the problem but said that management refused to do anything about it. We took the managers email and sent a letter with evidence of the roaches. Also contacted the health department regarding the problem. Staff was trying to be helpful but they were bound to the rules of management. We knew it was beyond their control. AVOID at all costs!

The staff was kind and responsive to my needs.

Check in was easy and staff was friendly. The shelves were nice to store and hang my belongings. Location was quiet and not too far from shopping and restaurants.
