Tv worked sometimes Dirty

My husband didn't like it the hotel because a lot of people from welfare and have cackroches. Also because he thought about the gym he said this hotel doesn't have.

The room had the amenities that I needed to make my stay comfortable. The shower and the bed were also surprisingly good. Talking outside my room all night. The fact that the office isn't open 24 hours.

Every welcoming, and the staff are constantly looking to help and take care of my request in a timely fashion. Anthony the manager is a stand up guy.

NA The receptionist was very disrespectful and nasty. Asked me did I have a reservation. I told her No. She then said that she did not have any rooms available without checking in the computer first I went and made a reservation through booking .com And went back in. She said Didn't I tell that I had no rooms available? I replied that is not what it says on booking .com. I tried to show her my reservation.She would not even look at it. I stayed at the same location for 1 year. I never had any issue with the management there or receptionist. They were all respectful and kind. I will patronize your business again. I spent thousands with your company and will not ever recommend it to my family or friends. Also Was told that nothing will be done because this company doesn't care that their employees are nasty,rude & disrespectful to customers. I went to Wood Spring Suites University after leaving there. I highly recommend them Clean , beautiful rooms. They are a extended stay as well. They have a gym and laundry. Everything is inside. I really enjoyed my stay there! Excellent service & treatment from the receptionist she was awesome ?

I had to buy my own towels and pillow cases. Roaches. Didn't make repairs. Won't stay there again.

I like how close it was to the train and restaurants in the area. The office manager was very rude and disrespectful at check in. They had no towels, said they would bring us some on Monday. That never happened. One roll of toilet paper 1/2 way through the we had to go buy our own because by the time we got off work it the office was closed and could get no assistance after 7 pm. Booked Queen size been given full size bed.

What I didn't like is the bugs that mostly came through the bathroom. The place needs more fumigation/ raid but other than that it was convenient. Please check in between the hours of 10:00am to 7:00pm. They do not have 24 hour check in.

Let me share my experience here. I booked through Expedia, which has some misleading reviews of it being clean. I wouldn't even call it broom swept clean, I've left Airbnb stays in better condition. When you get there, they let you go review the room before staying in it. My mistake for not looking for bugs I guess. Then they have you sign 4 documents without looking at them. Big mistake on my part. Always review the policies. They have a no refund policy. Under any circumstances. The room I was in ended up having roaches. When I asked for a different room, as I reviewed it, I found more roaches. When I asked again, they tried to give me a room that was occupied already. I left for the weekend and stayed somewhere else, though I had the room for the next week. When I came back Monday to check out early, since they don't have hours Sunday, my bed had no sheets or pillows on it... Let me remind you, no refunds under any circumstances... They did however leave the trash that I had put in the trash can. Go figure. Don't stay here. The facility is dirty, run down, had a broken window, other guests having domestic disputes outside. They did at least appear to try to work with me on the roaches, but due to the policies of InTown, they have no ability to do anything worthwhile.

staff too short

The property was very clean and the staff was very nice. I will definitely be staying here again. I had very friendly neighbors the short time i was staying there. The bus stop right Infront of the hotel was so convenient for me.

Exceptional

The location is amazing, I had a 3 floor room with a great view of the CATS light rail. Room service was a bit spotty I had to remind the front desk about my room after almost 3 weeks of being a guest, but in all fairness they were short staffed. So I made due.

I really like the staff so friendly and informative The door to my room wasn't secure it was missing the strike plate and the stove top was very dirty

The staff are amazing. My room wasn't swept nor did I have towels to dry off with. They give you floor mats as towels. The kids running all day and night. The dogs don't ever be on leashes and collars.
