It's within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, convenience stores and the mall. Not far from the airport either. The staff are very welcoming. Need updated menus for the room service. Move the AC closer to the center of the room

The rooms are outdated and poorly maintained. The plumbing is a major issue, with low water pressure and constant leaks.

Location is great, its right next to he main street with shops and restaurants and massagges. Room was OK, but the bathroom is really outdated. Pool is small but nice. Staff was really friendly and always here for us to help and accommodate our needs. The bathroom was really outdated and needs renovation - The bathtub was leaking while showering. The cleaning service sprayed a refresher onto our bed shets one time when cleaning - we requested chemical free room because we have some skin issues. Breakast was average - you find definitely a better one somewhere around a corner. I didnt like that everyone around me was smoking on the terraces - but I guess thats a thing if you are an 55+ Aussie ... :/

Great location not far from int’l airport Staff very friendly & helpful nothing too much trouble. 5min walk to beach with good shopping out front - Good breakfast

The sink in my room was clogged and bathroom has a bit of drainage smell.

It’s proximity to Kuta Beach, souvenir shops and Dewa Fitness Gym. English can still be hard to understand by some staff despited being hospitable.
