Its ok but too old already , the rooms require renovation , the facilities in general and the menu for the bar is very limited and the good is not great , at least to give more variety , it’s my second tine there. I liked the location though and took service was quick We did check in and the system was down, we didn’t have a key until day 2 of our stay ,the amount of time during the check in listening to the sales pitch when we were tired from the plane was too long but I get they need to sell packages. In general it was the same as 8 years ago that I was there even the bar menu and everything very expensive.

Its location. Different pools. Access to a clean beach. Nice rooms. The food at the restaurants was disappointing, with only two options available. I was also unhappy with the additional taxes and fees added by the hotel, which nearly doubled the original booking price. Another frustrating experience was at check-in, when they asked me to authorize a hold for a certain amount on my card. However, at checkout, they charged even more without informing me, and it took over a week for the extra funds to be returned. Overall, the lack of transparency with pricing and charges left a negative impression.

Comfortable beds, friendly staff. Beach is great and food was fine. Location is good, 10 min walk from OXXO and few minutes drive to lots of restaurants No shuttle

Quiet location on the beach

The food prices in the restaurants were extremely high, wasn’t happy about that at all.

The beach is good. It owns regular elements for a beach resort. Sticking to its own rules and totally ignoring customers’ needs! For example, I arrived at noon and was very hungry. I planned to have lunch in the hotel, however the conseige assigned to me was not available until 2pm while other conseige did not answer me because I was not their assigned customer. Another example: although I saw 3-4 cleaning carts on the corridor in the morning, and I vacated the room from 10:20am to 2:30pm, the room was still not cleaned for two nights! The management and working flow definitely have some problems. I have not such issues in other hotels.

Beach, did not have the time to go. Swimming pool, great. Room, nice but it lacked tea and a spoon, a shower cap. Breakfast, excellent. A few more things in the room like tea, a cup, a shower cap, etc.

A bit disappointed on the facilities. They look and feel old. Bathrooms are definitely outdated. Not very friendly at the check in. I had booked a 3 people stay with breakfast included and when I arrived they only did 2. Booking was the one to solve the issue.
