Everything specially the friendly staff

It was very nice we loved it I wish there was more food
-
Nice room big room with perfect view on the ocean. Good restaurants with lots of variety. No housekeeping if you only book a 2 night stay and we had to call each time to get new towels otherwise we’d have to use the same ones for 3 days
-
hotel staff were not nice, accomodating, inviting, attentive or caring. not enough chairs at pool to accomadate guest, hotel staff awful,
-
Wait staff was great, beds were small and uncomfortable. Bedding was a mess. Really only the beds and bedding

When book at affordable price it is very decent with all inclusive food/drinks, nice pool, and location. The drawers in room and miscellaneous items like curtains need maintenance and up keeping. This would be a 5 stars if all areas are remodeled & upgraded.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent stay at Oleo from March 25/26I booked this stay through booking.com specifically for the premium tier amenities, but the experience was a bait-and-switch. Issues Encountered: • False Advertisement: I was charged for "exclusive" beach access and a private bar with entertainment. Upon arrival, I found these areas were open to all guests and the entertainment was non-existent. A manager later confirmed these services were discontinued over a year ago, despite still being listed as active on your website. • Unprofessional Staff: At 12:00 PM, I attempted to resolve this with a front desk agent named Yuli. She was dismissive and rude, refusing to assist us and stating we had to wait for a manager. • Loss of Vacation Time: We were forced to wait until 3:00 PM for a manager to arrive. During those three hours, Yuli failed to provide any updates or inform the manager of our presence. We essentially paid to sit in a lobby rather than using the facilities. I am requesting a partial refund for the "premium" portion of my booking, as the services paid for were not provided. I look forward to your prompt response regarding how you intend to rectify this situation. Sincerely, J Thomas

Great experience everything was awesome Nothing

The property was very well located on some of the best beach in all of Cancun. The rooms were spacious and very thoroughly cleaned. The staff was very attentive and the food was very tasty both at the buffet as well as the al a cart restaurants. Throughout the stay there was a weird smell that kept coming into our room that smelled like sewage. It would only last for a minute or two but was quite unpleasant.

My room was great. Very big and very clean. The buffet was good. It was super outdated. Not enough lounge chair for guests. No separate adults area, so kids everywhere. Drinks were not great.
-
Cues too long- standing to get a coffee for 20 minutes is annoying. Cueing in also for a breakfast table. Partly too little personel. Food was good though.

This place was awesome! Beautiful beach lovely pool area, great rooms, nice restaurants and the stuff were the nicest we’ve met in Mexico. Would love to come back again!

Spacious shower, 24h room service, mini-bar restock daily. Resort is outdated, poorly maintained and understaffed. Lot of upselling in the hotel(spa, photoshoot, tours, beach vendors). No hygienic shampoo soap bottles. Long queues at coffee bar and restaurant. Photos in booking do not reflect the real age of the structure (much older and unmaintained). Some of the staff (especially the restaurant waiters) are rude. Not enough sun beds for all the guests. Cocktails have barely any alcohol. Food is not really tasty.

The light in the bathroom wasn't great for make up. Water in the shower wasn't always warm. Extra charge of $11 to use facilities/towels after your check out left a bit of a bad taste. Building it in to the total cost would be a clasier choice.
-
Beautiful place with beautiful staff members. They were so friendly. Not really anything to complain about
-
Clean, some employees were friendly, good A/C in room. Most employees weren't super friendly, Inspira Suites with red bracelets' perks were non existent with no VIP status, customers smoked at the pool area with no punishment, food wasn't that good, no night life after 6 p.m.

STAFF WAS INCREDIBLE, SO NICE AND ATTENTIVE!!!

The beach was extremely nice, soft sand, clear water, great for swimming in the ocean. The rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. The spa is also lovely, highly recommend! The food is not good. Some of the food at the grill, buffet and Asian restaurant is ok but a lot of it is quite bad, including the Mediterranean restaurant. The resort property is very small, the pool area is very crowded, getting a chair at the pool or beach is difficult. Lastly the pool is freezing cold which was unpleasant on overcast days.

The location is a little out of the way from the city's center, but still a great location.
