The food was outstanding. The service was 20 out of 10. The property was immaculately clean. The pools are on the smaller side so there’s not a lot of lounge chairs unless you get out there early. That was my only issue.

I requested an upper-level room two months before check-in, but I was given a first-floor room right in front of the entertainment pool, which was very busy. That was disappointing.

I got violently sick at one of the restaurants. The staff was dismissive and said it’s cultural. This was probably my 7th time visiting Cancun specifically. I’m 35 and I’ve never had food poisoning. My entire trip was compromised. I wish there were consequences for carelessness in food handling.

We stayed at the property for during 4th of July holiday and they put on a phenomenal 4th of July event with multiple live bands, fire performers, fireworks, and even a bull riding rink. The restaurants for the evenings had good variety with the steakhouse being our favorite.

The pillows are horrible. So flat. You need at least 3 or 4 to feel like you're sleeping on one normal size pillow. I didn't like that you had to dress formal to eat at 2 of the restaurants, and wasn't informed about that before flying, so we didn't eat at either of those places. It's a pretty small resort and nothing near to walk around and see so it felt like we were stuck there unless we took an Uber elsewhere.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Everything was all inclusive but it surpass the expectations of a basic all inclusive. This resort is really hands on and priced the best experience ever. We will definitely visit again.

Every one is so friendly especially Karime-front desk who’s helped me with a lot of things with my wrong booking and was in the phone for almost one hour to help me , thank you so much Karime the wonderful front desk Every thing is so amazing

Service was outstanding at every moment. Food was exceptional, all meals and snacks, drinks always made with best ingredients. That we had to leave,and pushy sales pitches,. Transportation to meet shuttle was not clear,so we missed our ride. Ended up taking a scam taxi ride,over $225us.

The service was top notch! Food was very good for an all inclusive. The Resort is small and intimate and great for adults seeking a more relaxed atmosphere.

Amazing place overall. We went during a US holiday, so I was expecting some issues due to high occupancy. However, the resort doesn’t have a crazy amount of rooms, which allows for great restaurants (my standards are high), many available sun beds and excellent service. The room was amazing and perfectly clean. 10/10. The beach in front of it is very good. If you’re going during spring, just be mindful that the pool/beach get direct sun until 4-5pm.

Good facilities, close to the airport & very friendly staff. Special mention to the Café team for their efforts every day in particular Eric & Ariadna The restaurants are not 5-star, but enjoyable nonetheless. Excursions and overall nightly costs do not offer the best value.

The facilities were good. The restaurants were mostly very good and the food at the buffets was fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful and keen to ensure that we had a good experience. That part of the beach is not great for swimming.

The location was amazing! Two beautiful pools overlooking the ocean. And the beach right there, easily accessible from the pool deck! The resort offered so many activities and shows. Between the 4 restaurants, the food was excellent. I would absolutely stay again! While the concierge desk is very helpful, they may try to offer a "free breakfast" at their sister property with a resort credit in exchange for listening to a 90 minute presentation. Just an FYI!
