What I liked most about this place was how friendly and helpful the staff was. Even though there were some communication challenges at times, they truly did their best to assist. The food was great, the restaurant service was excellent, and the location was awesome. There was also a full-service bar and café available almost all day, and the room service was very good as well. The property looked clean overall, but the rooms definitely need a deeper cleaning and better maintenance. The staff was polite, however communication was difficult at times because many employees did not speak much English, making it hard to understand each other.

Everything.

I really liked the hotel, the staff was very friendly and clean, but the soundproofing was very poor. But Loud noise from the air conditioners.

Very relaxing and easy to get around. Right on the beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Israel. Nothing.

Great location super clean nice Beach nice amenities fun staff, champagne breakfast bloody Marys, the cafe downstairs is excellent for expressos or Lateas
-
a beach bar or beach service would be nice but not necessary.

For the price it's very good. Good location and the European architecture and nice furniture help it not feel like a cheap generic hotel. Food is adequate. Not the best for Mexico, but again for the price it's very good.
-
Good vibe they should consider some Indian food also In there alacart menu there's is hardly anything you can like So inspite of all inclusive you remain hungry
-
Food was pretty hit or miss. You should assume that they will cheap out and try spend like 50% of what's needed for a given dish. However, some dishes can still be good even if it's cheap, and in those cases it was pretty good.

Pool areas are super cute, staff is always very positive and smiling, lovely gym, the hotel is well maintained. The food was really a significant downside of the experience. The majority of options were simply not tasty and low quality. Even in their designated separate restaurants you get quite disappointing meals.

It was our first time at this property in Cancun and exceeded our expectations. Receptionist had nice and mellow personality, explained everything. They let us use facilities prior to checking into our rooms, that was great! Property has restaurants for breakfast and lunch, Italian restaurant for dinner (reservation required), coffee shop with variety of coffees, snacks, fruits and tasty pastries. Bar was great too. Rooms (we had two) were good size, cleaned daily, mattresses were comfortable. We got a nice surprise from Management, it was appreciated. All personnel was very nice and attentive. There is another hotel next door from same chain, and we could use their facilities as well, book restaurants, go for evening shows there, and it was a very convenient bonus. Beach was clean and well taken care of, with lots of benches and umbrellas. Glad we picked this property and we'll definitely be coming back. none

Ala carte food was excellent. Buffet food was pretty much the same every day and could have been better. Only one type of beer and cheap liquor selection.

Good The hotel was clean, and our room was consistently cleaned to a very good standard. That is one of the few areas where the hotel genuinely met expectations. Shower pressure was excellent, and the rainfall shower was a nice feature, although the water temperature was badly controlled and could swing from comfortable to almost scalding. Some individual staff members were also very good. The pool bar staff were exceptionally friendly, and Luany handled my complaint professionally and politely. She did more than most to try to improve the situation, including arranging extra security walkthroughs and sending an in-room amenity, which was appreciated. Gabriella and Pedro at the evening buffet also stood out positively. The pool itself looked nice, although the “hot tubs” were generally lukewarm and not nearly hot enough to justify the name. Cleaning staff were fantastic and left nice touches in the room. Example picture attached This hotel’s biggest problem is simple: it sells itself as a 5-star luxury, tranquil, adults-only resort, and that is not what it delivers. I booked this property expecting a peaceful, premium adults-only stay. What I got instead was a hotel where guests openly ignored pool rules, reserved sunbeds from 6am, played their own music despite clear signage prohibiting personal speakers, and where the hotel itself added to the noise with loud bingo and DJs by the pool. There is nothing tranquil, luxurious, or especially adults-only in feel about that environment. The marketing is deeply misleading. I paid over £2,000 for what was presented as a calm, upscale experience, and in reality it felt much closer to a standard mid-range all-inclusive with better branding. The speaker issue was particularly telling. The rules clearly prohibit personal speakers, yet guests continued using them anyway. I raised a formal complaint during my stay because the hotel was not enforcing its own standards. Luany did what she could, but the wider problem remained obvious: this is a hotel that advertises one atmosphere and permits another. Sunbed reserving was absurd. At a supposedly 5-star property, guests were claiming beds from around 6am and this was not properly controlled. If you did not participate in the same selfish routine, you were often left without a decent place to sit or stuck in the shade. That is not acceptable at this price level. The food was frankly appalling for a hotel claiming this standard. In reality, it was closer to a 2- or 3-star all-inclusive buffet experience. Much of it was basic, lukewarm, and felt as though very little care had gone into quality. The desserts often looked good but tasted stale, with textures suggesting they had been sitting out far too long. Service in the buffet areas was also poor. Breakfast staff were pleasant enough, but inefficient, and we repeatedly had to chase people just to get a hot drink.

Clean The food is terrible not up to standards, everything other than breakfast was poor quality I paid around 400 a day for two adults… I was not able to get reservations for the restaurant that we wanted to eat they full since days before our arrival… we were able to make one reservation in an Italian restaurant food was not good at all we were not able to eat it ravioli terrible even desert was terrible… buffet was just a bad below average poor food… is a shame because the place is clean… the food does not has to be high end it just has eatable… you are selling a 3 night vacation to a place that supposedly has several restaurants and you are unable to get reservations the staff says they don’t understand why they don’t tell people that are staying a few nights that they won’t be able to get reservations to the better restaurants… what a woke because if the food is the same at Those places then is not worth the money

We went in February 2025: Staff is great. Resort is very nice. The breakfast has a good variety. The deli has deserts and premade deli sandwiches. Coffee variety is good. The sports bar is a club at night. The crowd will determine if it is fun or not. If the crowd is fun, the club is a blast. You can request songs all night from the DJ as well. Shower never gets hot, room temperature or slighter warmer water at best. Room heat was either not on or didn't work. If you turn the heat on to 25 degrees, 5 mins later our room was 1 degree colder, down from 21 to 20 degrees, so we left the window open to warm up the room. The lobby was really cold, the AC was blowing very strongly. Most to the guests who were in the lobby to enjoy the lobby bar were wearing jackets/coats. The AC was blasting for breakfast as well. After your first morning, you will go to breakfast wearing your coat and notice others doing the same. Eating was tricky because after 6pm there are only three options that don't require reservations: the buffet at the Cancun, the deli at the Solaris, or room service (for a fee). We didn't like the buffet. The food wasn't great, except for the deserts. There are 2 grill stations and a pizza station...all of them are pretty slow. If you don't mind standing there for 5 mins, you can get food from those stations but the pizza cutter was dull, so any pizza put out, you just had to take the whole thing (they are a little larger than personal pizza sized) because you're going to have to rip it apart with both hands.
