    I like that they have security all day including in the gate entry of hotel. They have 24 hour front desk. They offer food all day and late night room service in case you need it. Liked the different pools, jacuzzi, beach sitting area and kids pools with indoor play area. Liked that the room was clean. From the restaurants we liked the breakfast, pizza, and the dinner Talapa restaurant near the pool was delicious! The resort is needing some renovation. Elevator looks old and needs to be updated and the room restroom needs to be renovated to better faucet and showers. The Marco Polo restaurant wasn’t that good. It needs more seasoning on the food. The pool restaurant that offers hot dogs and burgers was not good at all. I didn’t like that you need to provide your towel card to get a towel and when you return your towel you get your towel card back. It’s one more thing to carry with you. I find it unnecessary.

    I loved the location and felt very safe at the resort. The staff was helpful, the rooms were clean, and the kids’ splash area was actually the reason we chose to stay at this hotel. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and it really felt like family. We became members of Club Solaris and had a great time — we definitely want to come back. We found the food at Marco Polo and Tavo Sushi to be below our expectations. As frequent travelers and restaurant owners, we felt the overall restaurant food lacked the quality and flavor we were hoping for. That said, Rosemary offered a very nice breakfast, and the buffet was acceptable. The pool bar drinks were somewhat artificial and watered down, but the Premier Bar served much better adult beverages and is worth recommending.

    Very clean, and staff friendly. Pizza and burgers by the pool were great. Nightly shows were amazing, my kids loved it! We felt safe :) Food options could be improved. More umbrellas please

    The Location Evem though the sea view was stunning, The windows were locked in our room, with no balcony. So 0 fresh air

    Location on the beach. My package was not fulfilled. I never received the sparkling champagne, robe or slippers. Food teams ran out daily. Plastic cups ran out daily for the fountain drinks. There is a huge lack of bottled water. Also the evening entertainment show was to short and repetitive. The same dance team performed every night with only a change in costumes and music.

    The hotel is well maintained and clean. The rooms are nice and comfortable. It’s really kid friendly. The food was just ok for the most part! It wasn’t bad, but the buffet is repetitive and the à la carte restaurant are average. The drinks were overall not great.. very sugary, very little alcohol… and the tequila wasn’t really good. Coffees were also not great.

    A nice all inclusive, I went because friends of mine were there with their kids. For them it was great, great entertainment and a cool pool party. I liked the food, and had a great time.

    Buffet breakfast was nice, lots of variety It was very chaotic ? not the hotel’s fault but the guests were all over the place. People would just reach in front of you or put their dirty wrappers & things on any table which I found really strange

    I liked the hospitality of some of the employees working there. The place was clean. Decent food options. The rooms were making a very weird noise. It was a very sharp sound. I complained but it was not fixed. Then got a change of room and the new room had the same noise. It was very annoying. Also the supervisor was rude to talk to.

    Location and the fact that it’s all inclusive Several discrepancies in what their staff would communicate! Their restaurants would be empty and they’ll say there’s no reservations left anymore. They denied giving coffee to my sister 3-4 times saying they don’t have any! No vegetarian option in their gala dinner on New Year’s Eve at their Mexican restaurant, all drinks were diluted. Delivered only half of what we ordered in room service and never came back .They denied giving us a menu of drinks saying there is none and someone else in front of us was given one! So overall it all depended on whether you got lucky to have a nice server else they were definitely not professional!

    The French restaurant was excellent. • Room cleaning service was consistently very good. • Kids’ pool was too cold to use comfortably. • Layout felt overcrowded, with excessive stairs; ramps were not practical. • Snack bar and buffet frequently required repeated requests for basic items. • Reusable plastic cups appeared to be rinsed with water only before reuse, raising hygiene concerns. • Buffet staff handled food directly without gloves, and some appeared undertrained. • Overall, the experience did not meet expectations and I would not return.
