Amazing location, easy straight forward check in, lovely owners/managers, great communication. Welcome beer and chocolate and local guide. We were able to check in early. Big comfortable bed. Room was very clean. Lovely coffee maker in the room with lots of coffee/tea included. Shower is a little small with shampoo/body on the outside which is a bit awkward. Only issue was the soundproofing - you can hear the footsteps of the people above you quite loudly. The people above us also could’ve been just very heavy walkers / inconsiderate so not the fault of the hotel, but maybe bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Super cute hotel. The room is compact but complete. It’s very clean and modern inside. We loved the extra touches like a couple of free beers and coffee, etc. in the room. Soft towels and plenty of hot water. Highly recommend. Location is a short walk from the heart of Bruges and a pleasant 15 minute walk from the train station. We never really saw any staff there, though they were very attentive online. Perhaps they should’ve mentioned there was construction going on next-door but honestly, it was so quiet that it made absolutely no difference for us even with the window open.

This family-run hotel is situated in a beautiful part of the old town along a small canal, away from the busy centre but really close to everything. The room had everything we needed: a tea kettle and a coffee maker (important for me), a fridge with water and beer (important for my husband), a comfortable bed, bedside lights, a good bathroom and all the little things that made it a perfect stay. Next door is Wid Food, offering healthy breakfast and lunch items, all of which were delicious. The lady running it took such good care of us. Our four nights there were absolutely wonderful!

Literally nothing, stay at this hotel.

There’s a lot to like about this hotel: good and quiet location, excellent coffee maker and fridge in the room, good pillow and mattress and ability to open the window for fresh air. Easy self check in, but also easy to drop off luggage if arriving early. Water pressure could be better, but that seems to be an issue in many hotels here. I have an ankle issue so specifically look for hotels with an elevator for my luggage. My room clearly stated “upper rooms accessible by elevator.” They all were, except room 6 which requires going down a short set of narrow stairs, then back up a short set after using the elevator. I would not have booked this room had I known - but there’s no acknowledgment that this room also has stairs. Just be upfront about it.

Everything! Very pretty, clean, large room, great location, safe, staff quick to respond to any inquires. Luggage storage available until check in time. Coffee, tea, sparking and still water available for free at all times. Definitely recommend and would love to stay again. Nothing

This place is a great little gem in the heart of magical city of Brugge. It is located just a quick 15 min walk from train/bus terminal and 10-15 minute to the center. There are supermarkets and small stores around. The rooms and common places are decorated in a very nice style. Our room had spectacular view which I’m posting a sneak peak of. The room has coffee machine, water boiler, cups, strong wifi connection, tv with netflix, iron and ironing board, shampoo and shower gel, lots of fluffy towels. If you are coming in the winter, just bring your own slippers. Check-in and out process was really easy. We stayed for 4 nights and I’m already lookimg forward to come back here. Nothing bad, awesome stay overall.

Everything was perfect. Location, room, amenities. Super clean room and overall space. There was not even one negative point in the place.

I loved the location so much. Having the view of the canal was so nice to wake up to. Very comfortable bed. Very quiet. I was a little confused with room service and overhead lights were a bit intense but nothing a big deal

This is my second time staying in this hotel and would do it again. Is cozy and have a great location. Well, I thought that as we were staying 4 days/3 nights, we would get the room cleaned more often (empty bins and change towels at least)

Absolutely gorgeous, homey, special touches everywhere! Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, and perfect location! Truly a unique hotel worth every penny. I don’t know why anybody would stay anywhere else. I can rate this in my top hotels that I’ve ever stayed at! Absolutely nothing. I didn’t like that we didn’t stay longer.

The location was great The property was dated and needed an upgrade to warrant the price and quality of hotels in Brugge
