Very clean and staff were very friendly Great location paid extra for a canal view room But reality was trees blocking view and the canal we did see from hotel was more of a swamp.

The hotel is just a few minutes from the old town, and it's fairly easy to get to. The staff were nice, and helped me park the motorcycle in their parking lot without any hassle. The decor is a bit tired, and the bathroom is incredibly tiny. The canal view is not really that impressive. You're mostly paying for the location rather than the hotel quality. The photos are relatively reflective of how the rooms look like, but you have to adjust your expectations when it comes to the actual real life size of the room.

I liked the location, the room was clean, the bed was comfy, the shower had good water pressure. The breakfast was basic, but all products very good - fresh bread, Greek yoghurt, granola. The room was dark, but it was not a big deal for me as I was only coming back to sleep there.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend these apartments to anyone visiting Paris. The apartment was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location was excellent – close to the metro, making it easy to explore the city, and there was a large supermarket nearby, which was very convenient. The hosts were incredibly responsive, helpful, and professional. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and we felt well looked after throughout our stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We truly appreciated the hospitality and the excellent service. Thank you for helping make our trip to Paris so enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travellers.

Good location. Handy car parking Lovely staff Delicious breakfast Rooms were a bit basic for price (double bed pushed up against wall, limited toiletries, broken window mechanism, disappointing view)

Great hotel in a fantastic location in the centre of Bruge. Exceptional staff who were extremely accommodating. Great breakfast , and a lovely courtyard area by the canal. We visited during very hot weather - there is no air conditioning, which in itself wasn’t a problem particularly given the age of the hotel building, but they could do with providing slightly better fans as it was too warm during the night.

Great location Helpful staff Canal side seating area Rooms were basic; no bedside table, no fridge, no air con and whole hotel was a bit tired and needs a re-fresh. The online photos are very generous. During the night, there is an unpleasant smell in the bathrooms. It could be an amazing hotel as there are many beautiful original features. The seating area by the canal needs work as such a bonus to have that space but more needs to be done to make it a pleasant place to sit and enjoy drinks.

Breakfasts The place was so gloomy and in need of some TLC.

Location Pictures on the site did not fully represent the type of room we expected. First room they put us in was small as was the bathroom. We paid a higher price based on the photos to stay there than other accomodation options in the area, understanding we would have a larger room with a bath. Seems this " misunderstanding" of the photos versus reality is not uncommon from what we heard.TV had limited channels, no lift by our room, and the section our room was in ,was looking worn out in terms of paint and carpets . Only 1 beside table so had to use a chair to replace it. Really expected better quality.

Great location. Good area overlooking canal. Good proximity to train station and Markt. Room could benefit from two arm chairs.
