Fantastic breakfast. Excellent location. Very comfortable, quiet and clean. Armchair in the room was very small. Room was not so large either.

Very comfortable and couldn’t ask for a better location. We didn’t enjoy the no door, no wall (and lack of proper curtain) of the bathroom inside the room.

Centrally located with great staffing who were very helpful and friendly. Anne was very helpful and went out the way to recommend places and restaurants to visit and was also very accommodating for our week stay there. Special mention to Charlotte as well. Nothing

The team at the hotel were very welcoming and so helpful. I was feeling ill and the receptionist was very helpful to me and my friend. They helped me with getting medication for me and just making sure that we were comfortable. The staff there went out of their way to make sure we were alright. The location is great. It's very easy to get around the main town from the hotel. Everything is in walking distance. The rooms were lovely and clean and it was an overall pleasant experience.

The hotel is conveniently located just opposite the underground parking and very central/walkable to everything else. We booked a family room for us and our little baby, it was perfect size and well designed/equipped. Staff were lovely, welcoming and very friendly. They helped with the few of our queries and were very welcoming of our little boy. We also had a lovely view out of our room and a modern bathroom. Dinner restaurant was fantastic. The cot was at extra charge which we were not informed about at reception. It would have been good to know, since we also had a pram which we could have used instead. Buffet breakfast was standard and ok, but central Bruges has so many fantastic brunch and breakfast places, I’d recommend to try them out instead. It would cost the same or very similar.

The location is ideal. Close to shopping , restaurants, and anything else you might need. All the tourist sights are within a 15 minute walk. The rooms are modern and nicely furnished. The staff was friendly and quick to respond to any issues.
