Nice size room, decent view of market square outside. Perfect location to wander into Bruges. Restaurant at the bottom was nice. Beds were fairly decent. Top floor shared shower was ok at best. No elevator. Parked away from hotel. Pillows need renewing.

Not compatible with travelers who have luggage. A very narrow, winding staircase to the room. I left my Apple Watch on the night stand. When I sent a sound to my watch someone who identified themselves as the person who made up the rooms said they found the watch. I asked them to leave the watch with hotel staff. When I requested the hotel staff to send the watch to an address in Amsterdam (pre-paid by me) they said "no, you come get it". I am out an Apple Watch.

Location! The toilet is not in the room, but it was not a surprise, we knew about it before hands.

Good location Less Facility…too basic

It is very noisy, as there is no air conditioning or fans, so we had to keep the windows open, and the noise from the street was unbearable all night. The lights were unplugged, and there was nowhere to plug them in. The floor was uneven, and the door was hard to open.

It was ok the value, showers and toilets are outside in two different places. Room doesn’t live upto the pics but should be alright for the night if you want privacy for yourself in middle of brugge Rooms needs a proper clean and go tobacco/old linen smell

Location and staff were brilliant The room smells of cigarettes and smoke including the bedding. floor was very uneven. beds not that comfortable and made up from different pieces of furniture.

The bed was comfortable. The shared toilet was not properly cleaned and it smelled like pee in there. The shower also was not left clean the next morning, so we did not even want to shower there. Every time you want to do something the floor squeaks. If you just want to pull on some pants, there’s horrible squeaking. The sink was clogged so the water just did not run through. After we both brushed our teeth it was disgusting. They also did not leave enough room between the bed and the wall to properly walk to the sink and to the door. I also wanted to put my back pack on the table that stood in the corner of the room and the top of the table just fell, I guess thats why they pyt it in the corner to at least support it a bit. The quality-price ratio was horrible to be honest. This was way too expensive and it felt like very cheap hostel.

The location was awesome, as well as the stuff, who were friendly and let us leave our luggage after we checked out. I was nervous based on the previous reviews, but at the end - we were left satisfied. It is an okay room, a bit too moist, but when you're backpack traveling - you're used to worse. Restroom is shared on each floor. The shower needs a bit of fixing (a door doesn't stay in place). It gets a bit loud if somebody is talking in the corridors, room is lacking sound proof. A room itself is moist.

NA DONT GO to THIS SHITPLACE. The Room is unclean. Floors are shaking and there are hairs everywhere. Light is very bad and thermostat is not working.

The location was amazing. The staff were unhelpful. The hotel is run down and outdated. There was no option for breakfast. The facilities were limited with only one shower and toilet for the one floor.

The location was good and the wardrobe was pretty The room is on a slope, found toilet tissue on top of the radiator, the shower didnt work properly (switched from pipping hot to freezing cold). Also you have to go through the restaurant to get to your room, and the private toilet is literally a side of the room with no door and no space to use the toilet. Pillows smelled weird too, like tobacco. Overall, wouldn’t stay again and wouldn’t recommend.

The location was OK not to far to walk, staff were friendly The rooms weren't to clean, bathroom were shared with floor, shared shower with floor, small shower in room but was cold, no toilet in room, room had strange smell and the bed was leaning one way and uncomfortable.
